My beloved ones,

When you read or listen to these words my powerful pink energy-ray of joy and unconditional love surrounds you and you are blessed! I, Archangel Ariel, am here to tell you about what it means to be a spiritual heart-warrior and how this relates to the symbolism of the sparrow, so that every time you see this little bird it will serve as a reminder of my message. That is why we angels love to use symbols that you, as a human being, are familiar with, so that the world around becomes alive with so much more depth, meaning and connection. Let’s dive straight into the matter!

The energy of love, gentleness, and compassion that the little sparrow represents are energies that originate in an open, flowing heart. When your heart is closed of because of old pain or trauma, it is hard for you to feel your own love, the love of the universe, and the love of others. You are unable to fully engage in life and wholeheartedly connect to and participate in the world around, which leaves you feeling isolated and in a state of detachment.

How sad that a little bird like the sparrow can freely, joyously, and carelessly participate in life on Earth and follow its instincts to gather food, build nests, and fly around in groups working together to survive and thrive while so many of you, as powerful, intelligent, and creative human beings, feel so much more restricted and stuck? Fortunately, it does not have to be this way, you can always make the choice to become unstuck and connect to yourself, the universe, and your beautiful heart again! This will take courage and leadership and that is why I have come to awaken the spiritual warrior in you!

A warrior is not someone who merely uses will-power and force to reach his goals in life. On the contrary, he knows that the outer world is always a reflection of his inner world and it is the mastery of his inner world that becomes his true source of strength, wisdom, and power. Instead of pointing the finger towards other people and outer situations and circumstances as the source of his misfortune, he looks within and decides that he is the only one, who is fully repsonsible for his life and the only one, who has the power to raise his vibration and create a better reality for himself. Keep this in mind, dear ones, as I take you on the path towards true warriorship!

The first step is to practise compassion for yourself and how far you have come and gratitude for the point where you are now. You are here, you are alive, and you are ready to embark on a new adventure! Every day heralds a glorious new beginning for you, every day you can start afresh! Immediately you feel fear, insecurities, and doubts arise, but do not worry, take note of them and let them be. These feelings are not your enemy, they are simply the products of the limiting thoughts you have repeatedly been thinking during the course of your life, but now you are going to shift your focus towards your true source of power to which your heart holds the key. Let me show how you can do this in the steps that follow, dear ones.

The second step is to simplify your life and the reason why this is almost always part of our angelic guidance is because human beings are very skillful in creating diversions, distractions, and an overload of information, activities, and burdens for themselves. If you wish change to enter into your life, you must make room for it. You must be willing to sit down in stillness and do an honest inventory of your life on all levels. Start at the level of thought: do your judgments and critism whether on yourself or others contribute to your well-being or do you feel more joyful when you rephrase them into uplifting and constructive inner and outer communication? Does keeping track of all the news and stories in the world bring you calmness and peace of mind, or is it better to limit the stream of information that you allow into your consciousness? Are you spending as much time caring for the energy-part of you as for the physical part of you with all the material assets that come with it? How and where do you spend your precious energy and can you make better choices in doing so?

The third step consists of evaluating how you react to life itself and this depends on how you view yourself and your place in the totality of the universe. Do you consider yourself a victim or a creator and manifestor of your own reality and life’s circumstances? Are you aware of your immense worth and value as an energy-being incarnated in a human body? Do you know that you are meant to be solidly anchored to Earth in this life-time and that your mere presence and inner light contribute to the evolution of your planet? No amount of action will ever match or compensate for the power and influence of your energy-vibration! Do you have faith in the inherent goodness of life and in your capacity to handle everything that occurs in your human experience, because you are so much more than just your physical body? Are you ready to embrace the energy-connections you can establish through your open and courageous heart?

Life will always be a dynamic flow of ups and downs, if it would not be this way, there would be no possibility for growth and expansion, but you can remain a light even in the darkness if you take these truths to heart and keep remembering who you truly are and why you chose your life on planet Earth. Meditate on all the questions I have raised for you today, dear ones, and allow them to become your blueprint for life on your beautiful planet.

It is about taking part in the dance of life and learning new steps every day to different tunes and various rhythms. The natural world is filled with examples of how to flow with life, even the tiniest sparrow teaches you to stop resisting and procrastinating and to start participating and contributing to life right now where you are at this very moment. Do not get trapped into thinking that you do not have the strength or stamina to do so, because you are all spiritual warriors at heart and you are not going about your life all by yourself. You are fully supported and guided by love, a love that will never cease to be, the love that you are and that vibrates in every cell of your beautiful and magnificent body and that enlightens your eternal being!
