As one of the proclaimed superfoods on your planet, the blueberry represents a radiant physical health and encourages you to prioritize your nutrition and self-care and evaluate what influences you have to eliminate from your daily schedule as they are not beneficial to your well-being, just like the anti-oxidants in the blueberry neutralize the free radicals in your body. However, true healing takes place on the level of spirit with your mental activity and flow of emotions providing guidance on what needs to be released, altered, and upgraded. If you reach an inner state of balance and peace, it is much easier to make clear choices and hold a higher vision for your life.

The deep blue colour of the blueberry also symbolizes clarity, strength, and power to overcome obstacles on your path and these obstacles do not always take on a tangible form, but are often created by your own thoughts and limiting beliefs. You can sometimes be your own worst enemy and I am here to help you realize that you can change these habits for the better and that you can rise above feeling tired, overwhelmed, and stuck due to your unbalanced ways and regain your vitality and joy in life. I will use the blueberry-bush as a metaphor to clarify my guidance, which will consist of these three parts: the root-system, the growth and blossoming process, and the baring of fruits of this wondrous bush.

The love that arises as a result of this, will create a warm, peaceful , and secure place in your heart where you can gently start to release old pain and sorrow and replace it with the goodness that effortlessly flows into your open heart. Your roots, that are at the basis of your process of healing, consist of your focus on your own beauty and your realization of the fullness of who you truly are and its reflection in the outer world around you.

Once you become comfortable with your open flowing heart and you allow yourself to accept the blessings of the universe, it is time to expand further. When you are not in a higher state of being and your heart is not involved in the process, expansion will only be the result of effort and hard work, but I am guiding you towards an easier journey. Growth and blossoming require balance and space in your heart to receive higher inspiration and wisdom from the universe. These higher energies, received in stillness, openness, and trust that they are real and working on your behalf, generate impulses for you to turn into action-steps supported by a clear perception of your intentions, your talents, and direction of energy.

The steps that you will take will feel natural, effortless, and joyful. Doubt and fear will no longer hold you in their paralyzing grip, but you are moving forward and growing at a comfortable pace without feeling the need to force anything to happen in your life, because you belief in Divine timing and planning. At this time the fruits are not yet visible, but you can feel them taking shape in energy and you have a deep knowing that they will manifest into earthly forms. The endless spiritual sea of possibilities already holds everything you need and ask for, but it is the way in which you summon it into your tangible reality that determines the duration of your process of manifestation.

This brings me to the final part of my guidance, the beholding and receiving of the tangible results or fruits, which of course is a joyful moment for you, but there is something much more important that comes from this whole process of healing and restoring your balance and vitality, which is the trust you have developed in the process. Your manifestations will eventually grow old and lose their appeal, causing you to formulate new desires and wishes, but through your spiritual growth that has cleansed and transformed your inner state as well as your trust in a higher power, you have become a more loving and creative human being and you realize that every step of your growth process holds immense value, which allows you to see failures, mistakes, and the darker periods in your life in a whole different light!

You have come closer to your understanding of who you truly are and the wondrous universal love and support that is all around you, which truly becomes your most treasured gift of love and appreciation for life in general!
