My beloved ones,

It is a great honour and privilige to visit you and share with you a message of love and hope. I, Archangel Raguel, am here to expand further on the opening of your heart with chocolate as a wonderful symbolic representation of the energies that I wish to make known to you and transfer to your beautiful being. As the Archangel that oversees and helps you with elevating your relationships, I would like to address two important aspects regarding this topic. The first one is the relationship you have with yourself, which encompasses the communion with your soul and the higher realms, and the second one is your relationship with others and the world around you. The depth and quality of your relationships, whether with yourself or with others, depends on the state of your heart and the extend to which you allow love, compassion, and peace to flow to and through you. When your energy-vibration is solidly anchored in love for yourself and others, this is what you will see all around you, in people, situations, and in your material and natural environment. Love will be reflected back to you wherever you go. I would like to guide you to this experience, dear ones, by teaching you about the processes of your heart and how you can contribute to the well-being of your precious heart-space. It is your responsibility after all to determine how you wish to respond to life and if you wish to improve and elevate your mental, emotional, and spiritual state.

If we would have to translate the effects of consuming chocolate into feelings, what would they be? Most of you would agree that words like rich, sweet, nourishing, luxurious, warm, comforting, loving, and lavishing come to your mind, filling you with joy and anticipation. This is exactly what your heart should feel like, but also the way you think about your own soul and existence. Your are here to experience the fullness of life and the potential of your own being. When you degrade yourself by thinking you are anything less than what I have just described for you, you are placing yourself out in the cold by distancing yourself from your true self and believing that you are only a small and deprived version of the magnificent being that you really are. Instead of enjoying a warm fire of passion, enthusiasm, and a playful lightheartedness that burns in your heart, you lock the door on it and retreat to your mind, where none of these feelings can be found, because the mind is logical and helps you plan and find solutions in your daily life, but it is cold and distant when it is not connected to the energies of your heart.

You are not meant to solely dwell in your mind, dear ones. The mind is a tool to assist the heart and the energies that lift up your soul. So, let us tell the mind that it needs to focus on the opening of the heart and tell it that sidetracks and delays are not appreciated. Let us tell the mind that the heart is the motor of our existence and that we need to spend time there to get to know its true worth and value and collect useful inspiration and enthusiasm to work with. When you bring the focus of your mind to the heart, you must tell it that the heart speaks a different language, that can only be heard in stillness and through your feelings and intuition. Patience and respect are required when visiting the heart, but the heart will undoubtedly deliver great gifts to the mind in return, a wisdom that is beyond comprehension and that will bring freedom, peace, and relief from obsessive, limiting, and anxious ways of thinking. Not only stillness through meditation will soothe the mind into allowing the heart to speak for a while, but also simple, grounding activities that promote self-care, bring comfort and pleasure to your physical bodies, and support the natural energies of the heart, which is another symbolic meaning of chocolate. Where the mind often is like a strict, serious, and authorative person in your life, your heart is like your best friend with whom you enjoy life, laugh, and have fun, but who also loves you unconditionally and comforts and cares for you when you need it. As a human being you need both your mind and heart to work harmoniously together and recognize the value they both bring to your life’s experience. This is how you establish a healthy outlook on yourself and your life as well as create a solid basis for relationships with others.

When you practice sinking into your heart and learning to understand its language, you will automatically open the door to the higher realms and you will start to notice that the warmth of you own heart starts to vibrate with the high frequency energies of love and light. The flow of well-being from the universe will fill up your physical and energetic bodies through your heart, enlightening your mind and anchoring your body solidly to the earth. A profound sense of joy, appreciation, and gratitude will arise as you witness the unfolding of your life’s experience to be effortless, synchronistic, and easy. When your heart becomes your best friend, you will be able to see the angels as your best friends and no longer as beings that are far away from you and that require conditions to be met in order to help or appreciate you. The angels are always right beside you and they love and support you unconditionally. Unlike most of you, they experience complete oneness with the Source of all that is and therefore they are able to recognize you as a valuable part of that Source as well. They will never cease to knock on the door of your heart, although they will never force you to open up. They simply remain patiently present in their magnificent and neverending field of love and light and when one of you, dear ones, opens the metaphorical door of your heart to them, they rejoice and welcome you home with open arms.

As you learn to walk in the warmth of your own heart and trust that its fire will keep on burning steadily, and you have acknowledged the angels to be your confidants, friends, supporters, and even playmates in the game of life, you will know how to attract and maintain beautiful relationships with your fellow human beings. Allow those relationships to be the reflection of your own love, the love you have for yourself and the love you feel for and from your Source. An open heart that is supported by a clear mind, a mind that knows the value of the wisdom of the heart, will bring joy, compassion, and love into the world, but most of all it will be receptive of all the goodness of life. It keeps reminding you that keeping your own inner fire burning is essential for your well-being and the thriving of your relationships with others. Make sure to never run out of firewood, dear ones, and make yourself and your happiness your first priority by tending to your beautiful heart through meditation and excellent self-care on every level of your being! Dear ones,

At this time when the light is dimming in the northern hemisphere on your planet and darkness gets the upper hand in nature and the natural cycles, I, Archangel Michael appear before you with a message of strength, encouragement, and support to guide you through the energies of this season and the wisdom and expansion they can bring you if you are willing to open yourself up to the transformation of your own inner shadows into lightness, ease, and love. I am bringing the nocturnal creature of the bat to your attention, because it represents two important characteristics that are of importance on a spiritual level. Firstly, this little animal has been highly misunderstood throughout the ages due to its appearance and perceived as a bringer of bad tidings and dark energies, but truly the bat has mastered the darkness through its brilliant navigation skills and is a teacher of embracing this aspect of the duality of life on Earth. Secondly, bats are highly sociable animals. They are able to communicate their needs as well as to fulfill the needs of others in their colonies, setting the example for human beings of being vulnerable, asking for help, giving out help, and experiencing a sense of belonging and oneness with the world.

What do we call inner darkness in your world, dear ones? It consists of your experiences of feeling separated from the Source of all life and cut off from the unconditional love that is your holy birth-right. The duality of life on your planet and its inhabitants can never compensate and live up to this level of high frequency energy, well-being, and care that you had before you became a human being in a physical body. This pain leads to an everlasting longing for wholeness and deep-seated beliefs of shortage, deprivation, and imperfection that sabotage your thriving and expansion on Earth. These limiting beliefs and the accumulated pain and heaviness that accompanies them are considered your shadow-side, the unwanted darkness. I am here to tell you today that exploring this darkness and using it as a driving force for change and transformation can bring you immense benefits and freedom in your life, but you must be willing to take on a different perspective and approach with regard to this subject.

The answer to darkness, sadness, and pain, is love, light, and wisdom. The latter are energies that are given and received through your heart. However, many of you, dear ones, have closed off your heart to protect it from the negative feelings and emotions that you cannot bear to take any longer, not knowing and realizing that your heart is your greatest tool of healing. When darkness is only perceived through the mind, it gets turned into stories that grow in horror and intensity ever time they are repeated by others or by your own inner voice. Just like the bat, your inner darkness gets misunderstood, banned, and suppressed, when truly it needs compassion, lightness, and acceptance. It is here to teach you, to urge you to find you way back to feeling whole, at ease, and clear again, and to reinforce your connection with your Source. It is part of the duality of life and it can deepen your appreciation and increase your strength, your resourcefulness, and your natural desire for developement and expansion. When you are in the grip of the monster that you have created with your thoughts and by not addressing the pain you have experienced in your life, it is much more difficult to make this transition from darkness to light. That is why, I have come to remind you of the power of your own heart, dear ones.

Your heart is a place of compassion, forgiveness, love, and devotion. It brings healing to yourself and others through empathy and because it holds all of these beautiful higher energies, your darkness needs to be brought there in order to be seen with complete acceptance, wisdom, comforting softness, and love, like a lost child needs the warm embrace and reassurance of its mother. The keys to an open heart are trust and surrender. Trust that your heart can handle all of your life’s experiences, whether they are painful or joyful, trust in your true self, the part of you that never gets affected by the duality of life on your planet, but remains pure, free, and untainted. A deep trust that you are so much more than just a person in a human body with a certain life path, and that you have access to profound wisdom, support, and love, because you are a valuable part of the totality of life. Your expansion, your learning and teaching, are contributing to the energy and the elevation of your world and the universe at large. You matter, your existence matters, and you are being watched over, dear ones. Not one of you has been forsaken, not one of you! That is the biggest misconception of all times. I invite you, dear ones, to put your trust to the test by the act of surrendering, which really is like fuel to your heart, because you allow a greater power than yourself to enter and support your being. Your trust will transform into a deep knowing when you see the magic of the universe unfold in your life and surrendering to a higher power and tuning into a high frequency flow of energy instead of clinging to the fears and pitfalls of your ego, will become your second nature.

Remember, dear ones, that your inner darkness is part of the duality of life, so it is not something that needs to be eliminated or dissolved, but rather something that needs to be seen, accepted, and treated with compassion and care. When you allow it to sit in the warmth of your heart, when you place it in a comfortable chair by the fireplace in the home that is your heart, and listen to its message with openness and compassion, it will relax and release all the guilt, shame, sadness, and anger attached to it. You will feel more relaxed and at ease, you will experience inner peace, because you have made peace with the dual aspects of yourself as a human being. This life is not about being perfect, flawless, and competing over who is the best, the wisest, and most successful person. It is about embracing yourself, allowing your authentic self to emerge and contribute to the expansion of life through your personal experiences. No two human beings are the same and that is the way it is supposed to be, the duality, the variety, the different levels of consciousness and awareness, so you can never completely heal others and fix their problems from your own vantage point, you can only be a soft place to fall for their healing, like your own heart is meant to be for you, which brings me to the last part of my message regarding a practice for the thriving of your heart through self-love and communion with others.

The bat symbolism teaches you to use your intuition and focus to seek out the people, things, and activities that contribute to your well-being and that strengthen the light in your heart. An open heart not only allows the universal energies to help guide and support your life, but it also helps you to connect with others in a healthy way and experience the joy of giving and receiving on the earth plane. When the love in your heart expands, you become more confident in yourself and you can start to love others without fear or unhealthy attachment. Communities and unions, no matter how big or small, that exist of people who have learned to love themselves in order to love each other are pillars of light on Earth. Train your focus to be razor-sharp and crystal-clear, just as the echo-location of the bat, to distinguish the truth, the truth of who you are, the truth of what your life consists of, the truth of where you wish to go, and the truth of how you feel in any given moment. This is your human echo-location. Use it well, dear ones, and be brave and courageous when it comes to your personal truth. Procrastination is caused by fear, the opposite of love, and it prevents you from exploring your full potential and experiencing the true joy of living. When you are caught up in a pattern of procrastination, you keep spinning around in circles without enjoying the fruits of your dreams and divinely given inspiration. You keep looking to the outside world to soothe the emptiness and unfulfillment you feel inside yourself, but it will only reflect your current vibration back to you, until you break the vicious cycle of not taking ownership of and responsibility for your own life and happiness. This pattern of procrastination often occurs in the area of your life where you have sustained the most wounding in your earlier life’s experiences, and it does not only affect the practical, active side of your life, but also your emotional abilities for connection with others and your capacity to give and receive love. I am here to bring you enlightenment, higher wisdom, and the tools to move forward based on the symbolism and spiritual meaning of the Earth’s healing crystals and gemstones.

The energy of crystals forms a metaphorical bridge between a state of procrastinating and feeling unhappy with the manifestations this vibration has conjured up on the one hand, and a state of taking responsibility and anticipating a new level of improved experiences on the other hand. When you surrender to the powerful universe and trust that the process is being guided and that you are being led into the best possible direction for your highest good, you are able to let go, relax, and be playful about it.

Often you are your own worst critics, dear ones, and you beat yourselves up for not getting it right quickly enough. I encourage you to choose a more open and joyous approach when you start to set new intentions and implement new habits and ways of thinking. Laugh, explore, and try out new things. There is more than one way to getting to where you wish to be, enjoy the sidetracks and diversions, be open to the surprises and insights they will bring you. It is a joy and privilige to visit with you for the purpose of delivering this message to you! I am Archangel Raphael, known as the Archangel of healing, but also as the Archangel, who helps you to increase the energy-frequency of your heart by filling it generously with love, light, and blessings. Today I would like you to focus on the characteristics of the snake and on the practical guidance this creature is offering to you.

Let me start by saying that transformation and healing take time and require patience. There is an important time-frame between releasing the old and embracing the new that often feels very uncomfortable to you, dear ones, because you are filled with questions and uncertainties on where to go and what to do next. When a snake sheds its old skin, its eye-sight becomes temporarily clouded, because the caps on its eyes are changing as well, which hinders its natural level of activity. As most of you are conditioned by a society that promotes high levels of productivity and forward movement, a period of stagnation, which really is a period of healing and recovery, can make you feel restless and lackluster. It is important to realize that this is part of the flow of life and to resist it will only prolong the arrival of a new beginning, because your perspective is not fueled by eagerness and excitement for the new to enter, but by a continued sadness over that what has been shedded and a lack of vision of what is to come.

Just like the motor of a car needs to warm up for it to gain momentum, speed, and an optimal performance, so do you need time to slowly build a new vision for your life with improved habits and beliefs and increased feelings of passion and enthusiasm. You cannot rush this process. Like a tree in winter is unable to bear a multitude of fruit, because it is dependent on the right season with the right light, warmth, and nourishment, so must you warm up and prepare for the new by biding your time and slowly, but surely gain a new footing in your life. Rest assured, dear ones, that a new season of expansion is on its way for you to thrive in your new metaphorical skin! I would like to give you two pointers that are important at this stage. The first one is attuning to the energies around you as well as to your own energy-vibration and the second one is realizing your freedom of choice when it comes to the investment of your time, means, and energy.

The world around you is alive and buzzing with different energy-vibrations filled with messages, signs, and signals. When you are in the process of healing and transformation, you can either feel numb, defensive, and shut off from what is going on around you or you can get overwhelmed by it, because your boundaries are not in place and you get swept away by every new current of energy. The first scenario requires for you to become more sensitive to your surroundings and your own needs. Just like the snake uses its exceptionally sharp detection skills and sensory abilities, so can you become more present in your body by using your senses to rediscover the world and regain a new perspective. New passion can be awakened by the smallest of things, the playfulness of a young animal, the beauty of a tree in warm autumn colours, the smile of a stranger. Many of you presume that happiness only comes from achieving your desires, when truly it starts with your life’s journey as a whole, all the small and seemingly insignificant steps can be filled with great joy and fulfilment. A nice act of self-care can lift your spirit, a wonderful meal, a hot shower, a little treat that you gift to yourself. Allow the sun to shine upon you and be grateful for its warmth and light, like the snake is, and then apply it in your earthly life. Focus on the Earth’s treasures and the magnificence of your own body for a while and practice appreciation for them. This will help you to come alive again, just like nature in spring, and find more and more sources of passion, enthusiasm, and vitality.

However, when you have become overly sensitive during this time of transformation, and you feel a constant stirring of contradictory emotions from the energetical pushes and pulls around you, the snake symbolism brings you the guidance of self-control. Your response to the outside world is where your power lies and with this response comes the putting in place of boundaries as a protection of your energy-field as well as the tempering of your urge to immediately act on every impulse and allowing only energies that are supportive of your well-being to enter in your personal space and reality.

My second pointer addresses your freedom of choice when it comes to investing your time and energy. The snake bases it decisions on his attunement to the world of vibration. You also have an inner guidance system at your disposal based on a vibrational reality and your feelings at any given moment in time, which will lead you to your highest good if you allow it. Your goal is to move away from feelings of separation, disappointment, and sadness towards feelings of connection, togetherness, and emotional happiness and it is your perspective that determines which of these energies is dominant for you when you approach any given situation. If your experience has taught you that certain interactions and activities lead to a lower vibrational state of being then stop engaging in them and if other pursuits bring you more joy and fulfilment then continue to include them in your life. It really is that simple, dear ones, always remember your freedom of choice. A part of your life may consist of obligations that you feel like you cannot change right away and that is okay, because there are a lot of areas where you do have the opportunity to make a clear choice. Start there, and rejoice in the success of these better choices. They will eventually start to influence the rest of your activities, because the frequency of joy and happiness is the strongest and most powerful of all.

When your sense of well-being, clarity, and balance in your life starts to increase, know that you are reaching the end of a healing cycle and transformation process, until you are ready to peel back another layer of the old and unwanted when the time and season are right. Life as a human being is versatile and fascinating and allows you to discover powers and talents that you never knew you had. It is a process of gathering experiences and turning them into true wisdom and that is a prerogative not a curse! You are deeply loved and appreciated, dear ones!

My beautiful beloved ones,

Around this time of the full harvest moon, I, Archangel Haniel, appear by your side to convey a message of comfort and hope to you. The beautiful moon represents the world of your subconscious mind, dreams, and the unseen flows of energies that rule your personal world and reality. This part of you, that contains immense wisdom and intuitive insights, wishes to let its voice be heard, but unfortunately it is often ignored or overruled by the busyness of your everyday life. When you neglect this inner connection and your actions and expressions are primarily ruled by your ego, thinking mind, and belief-systems, the times of growth and transformation in your life will feel dramatic and overwhelming instead of natural, easy, and inspired by the higher perspective and principle of love.

Expansion merely observed from your human perspective is accompanied by feelings of strain, pressure, and haste. It is like a kettle filled with hot water that produces more and more steam as the fire that burns underneath it causes the temperature to rise. At the metaphorical boiling point, you feel like you have reached the end of your rope and you are overburdened by confusion and exhaustion. The purpose of my words is twofold. On the one hand I wish to bring you nurturing comfort when your life, your thoughts, or your emotions are in turmoil at present and you are in need of support, and on the other hand I wish to bring you guidance on how to navigate through seasons of change and transformation while keeping your balance and maintaining your inner peace. So, in the first part of this message I will gift you a ready-made bowl of angelic soup to soothe your discomfort and to uplift your spirit and in the second part of my message I will teach you how to brew your own broth, a soup that through the selection of the right high quality ingredients will empower you and give you the energy and enthusiam to follow your best path in life.

Let me start by saying that all is well, dearest ones, all is well, you are not lost and there is always a way back to your natural state of joy and well-being. In fact this state does not need to be restored, but to be rediscovered. In times of great stress and upheaval it lies dormant within you, but your soul will always hold onto it no matter how far you drift away from it. What is needed first is a cooling down, a calming down through a sincere prayer for help and assistence, because when you pray you admit your need for support and through this you create an opening, a willingness to receive and to listen. It is an act of releasing instead of holding on tightly, and because of it, energy will start to flow and momentum will build. When you ask, the universe answers, the angels answer by gathering themselves around you and bringing you what you are ready to receive to help you get back to your natural state of joy. Stay in this energy of ease and restfulness by pausing for a moment and accepting that you do not need to know the answers and find the solutions right away. This is a time to take in your angelic soup for the soul, let it do its work and enjoy its warmth and nurturing qualities. Collect any insights that flow to you, write them down if it feels good to you, but do not yet act on them, allow them to permeate your consciousness and grow solid and clear.

The angelic soup is filled with all kind of messages, dear ones, and when you are not yet able to fully hear and understand them because your energy frequency is still fluctuating, they come to you through signs, synchronicities, and dreams, that are like little nudges, like pieces to a puzzle that you come to recognize and solve over time. This part of the process encompasses nurturing yourself and creating stability in your life by slowly elimanating negative influences and distractions. Allow yourself to retreat and commune with the angelic realms and release the fear of not meeting the expectations and approval of the world around you by doing so. Stability and security, as represented by the symbolism of soup, come from knowing your own truth and maintaining your own integrity. In order to fully live an authentic life, you need space and time to establish this truth and the values that you hold high. Do not give in to outside pressure, but rather work on your foundation with care and patience.

Once you have regained calmness, vitality, and strength through the angelic soup and your acts of self-care, rest, and retreat, you are ready to brew your own soup from a more stable foundation. How exciting this is, because you get to write your own recipe for it, you get to choose and pick the ingredients, and you get to cook it with your own creative forces, intentions, and power of judgment. Now, you want this soup to be unique, delicious, and full of nourishment, so it takes proper preparation and selection of ingredients to begin with. Let me remind you, dear ones, that there is an enormous range of possibilities and endless combinations of wonderful experiences that make up this soup. Allow your feelings and thoughts to revel in this knowing and see how your energy lights up with this prospect. Keep visualizing this big simmering pot of soup and anticipate how it will astonish your taste buds! Remember when you set out to find your ingredients to only go for the best, let a full ‘yes!’ arise within you or otherwise disregard them, separating the wheat from the chaff. You and you alone are responsible for the cooking of your soup, because even if you encounter ingredients with a strong appeal or influence on your path that are not beneficial for the quality of your soup, you are the one who decides to put them in the cooking pot or not. It is important to keep your work space diligently clean and pay attention to what you are doing at all times, which brings me to the last part of my message to you, which is to stick to your own personal recipe!

You are in charge of writing your own recipes. Often we inheritate recipebooks from our ancestors filled with well intented cooking instructions that have served them to a point, but that are also limited due to the fact that in their day and age many ingredients were not even available, so they had to make do with what was familiar and known to them. Start with a blank notebook, dear ones, and allow the universe to help you fill it with the most astonishing recipes that serve your every need. Do not feel pressured or make haste when you are cooking, remember that you are aiming for the best possible outcome. If you don’t like how it turns out, start again and keep sifting and sorting through the various ingredients. Allow yourself to be helped and supported in this process by releasing old familiar recipes where there is no room for creativity and change, focus on your limitless options instead and let them unfold for you with ease. Once you decide that you are worthy of eating the best soup and that you are capable of brewing your own masterpieces, you will no longer feel restricted and you start to enjoy yourself in collecting the right ingredients and using your own intentions, wisdom, and insights to create a life of excitement, joy, and happiness! How fortunate to visit you at this time of year, the season of autumn, for those you in the northern hemisphere, in which nature is holding a big clear-out of what has been and starts to prepare for what is to come in later months. I, Archangel Orion, bring to your attention the spider web, one of the wonders of nature, designed as a practical tool for the spider to catch its prey, but for you to observe as a masterpiece of creativity, skill, and patience. Each thread carefully connected to the other to form a magnificent geometrical pattern. If you imagine dots on the places where the strands are merged together, they are the crucial turning points that lead to the ultimate design. Metaphorically, they represent your moments of choice and intention in the web of your thoughts and vibrations with which you manifest your tangible reality and results. The quality of your web determines its effectiveness in catching your bounty or better said turning your thoughts, dreams, and desires into tangible outcomes, experiences, and physical matter. Hesitation and disbelief leave holes in your web, lack of motivation and perserverance leave your web unfinished, and the absence of focus and imagination ruin the design of your web. So at this time, I have chosen to bring you guidance on how to weave your unique, personally designed, and high quality web with which you will harvest results when the energies are speeding up again and nature comes out of its period of rest and recuperation. I would like to use the three stars of the constellation of Orion as inspiration for you in this message. When you gaze at the night sky, look for these stars and remember my guidance for you. Constellations of stars are like giant geometrical spider webs as well. Their presence in the cosmos is significant for life on Earth as they bring wisdom, high vibrational energy, and healing to your planet. The universe is alive and buzzing with the beingness of countless energy forms that hold immense interest, love, and care for each and every one of you. Just like your planet Earth posseses the right conditions and energies to help you to thrive, so does the sky above and the endless universe beyond your protective atmosphere. I encourage you to look up to the heavens more often and let yourself be strengthened and comforted by the knowledge that there is a constant gaze and focus upon you and that your existence does not go unnoticed, in fact there is an eager awaiting of your requests for connection, co-operation, and co-creation. Many of you are so preoccupied with the details of your earthly life that you miss out on this opportunity to expand you vision and broaden your horizon. The first metaphorical star that is here to shine a light in the darkness and confusion for you is the star of clarity and discernment. When you are in a state of crystal clear clarity, it is much easier for you to use your discernment on what is valuable and worthy to keep in your life and what is slowing you down and needs to be released. Leaving behind what is familiar to you takes courage and strength, because human beings hold great loyalty to what they have perceived and experienced through their senses, even if it does not serve them anymore. The tangibility and realness of it gives a false sense of security, simply because you have not developed and strengthened your connection to the world of energy, which is just as real as your 3D reality, but requires different senses and skills to be perceived and recognized for its tremendous benefits for your existence on planet Earth. True clarity comes when your human vision through your eye-sight is backed up by your spiritual vision, which arises when you make room for it, when you take away your gaze from what you observe with your eyes and all the thoughts, opinions, emotions, fears, and distractions that accompany it, and sink into the stillness of your soul. Visualize visiting the star of clarity in a state of meditation and leaving behind your life and all its cares, obligations, and pulls on your mind for a short while, only to come back refreshed and filled with new inspiration and knowledge, which will help you see the forest for the trees and will instigate a clear-out of all that is undesired and obstructing your path just like nature clears out the old in this season of change and transformation.

Once you have obtained this new sense of clarity, the light of the second star comes to your aid, which is the star of dedication and commitment. Dedication and commitment are strengthened by your belief and expectations that your new endeavours and new ways of being are going to bear fruit even if along your path you cannot yet see the full results and manifestations. Unseen opportunities are forming beneath the surface or rather in the ethers of the universe, in the world of energies, and growth is taking place. In autumn nature seems to die off, but in fact there is a rebirth brewing, because new life will return brighter and stronger than ever before in the spring. Nothing you do, say, or think goes without consequence, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to you, all are energy forms and are picked up by and heard by the metaphorical senses of the universe or the universal laws, as you might say. Acts of dedication and commitment are a summoning and directing of energy and the more you feel that you can master your own powers of energy and trust in the response of the universe and most importantly the benevolance of the universe and the beings of love and light, the easier and more natural it will be for you to act upon your newly found clarity with diligence and devotion.

Thus you now bathe in the light of the third metaphorial star, the star of continuous focus and belief, where anxiety and stress that used to distract you make way for hope and faith, and your actions gain momentum, showing new light on your horizon. Maybe you cannot fully see it at first, but you start to feel it and you allow yourself to receive the gifts that are showing up in your life. The third star guides you to follow your heart and the impulses that are clear as day to you, and to keep taking small steps towards your goals. Patience is key here. Remember the symbolism of the spider web, you are carefully building a web to catch your desires and turn them into tangible manifestations. You cannot force or rush the process, you must allow everything to fall into place naturally and with ease to reach the highest outcomes. Even when you feel like you are fully ready and prepared and have done all the work, you still need to sit quietly for a while, like the spider, who is waiting for its prey to arrive in its web. This time is not wasted, no time is ever wasted. It provides you with the opportunity to take a step back, to breathe, and to detach from the outcome. It prevents you from becoming too eager and impulsive, but instead it gives you the opportunity to just be, observe, and listen for a while, in a relaxed and receptive state, and indulge in the wonder of your own powers of creation, to look at the web you have created. You know, that no matter what you will catch with it, the making of it will confirm your magnificent creativity, your skills and talents, and your natural gifts. It is a great pleasure for me, Archangel Zadkiel, to be present here with you and share my words of wisdom and encouragement on the subject of transformation. I have chosen the symbolism of the toad to help you grasp this concept in a tangible and down-to-earth way. During his lifetime the toad undergoes big changes with regard to his body and natural habitat, yet he manages to thrive because of his profound inner magic and wisdom. The toad is a master-shapeshifter and excels at finding ways to survive, even if this means he has to wander far out of his comfort-zone. Today I would like to encourage you, dearest ones, to discover these same qualities within yourselves, because you too are magicians in your own right and you possess the powers to facilitate several big transformations in one lifetime.

Transformation is often preceded by major disruptions in your life, that can be of a physical or material nature or they can be caused by patterns of behaviour and belief-systems that you have outgrown. Whatever the cause, the result will be an avalanche of overwhelming feelings of frustration, anger, sadness, loss, or even defeat. Although it may seem to you that you would have never consciously chosen to experience these disruptions, your soul knows that they are part of a bigger plan, of the higher laws regarding the expansion of the universe as a whole and your personal growth. Without these eye-openers and wake-up calls you would not be willing to thouroughly investigate and readjust your beliefs, opinions, and conduct to improve your life and that of others, to move closer to the Source of love and light that brings you true joy and fulfilment, and to break free from what used to serve you, but what is now blocking your expansion.

This fire of disruptive and even explosive energies might scare you and even lead you onto a path of quilt, shame, or victimhood, but I am here to tell you that it is merely a matter of shifting from a lower energy-frequency to a higher energy-frequency. Things, situations, and people are never inherintly good or bad, they are just vibrating and therefore unfolding or acting out according to their frequency. The metaphorical fire in your life that initially burns you to wake you up and initiate change, will itself transmute into a fire of purification, renewal, and new beginnings. The fire that started at a lower level now burns brightly on a higher level of consciousness to prepare the way for a transformation, that will enhance and enrich your life experience and increase your awareness of the truth of oneness, wholeness, and worthiness that lives deep inside your heart and is never forgotten by your soul. This process can be compared to the rotting debris of plants, leaves, and fruits, that turns into rich compost for the soil fertilizing and preparing it for new life and growth. Better yet, think of a vulcano erupting with great force causing havoc to its immediate environment, but the lava and ashes will produce extremely fertile soils ensuring increased harvests in the years to come. Remember this analogy when you feel low due to the initial burns you have caused or that were inflicted upon you, and know that they can be transmuted into rich metaphorical minerals and elements for your future happiness and well-being.

Now let us return to the toad spirit and the lessons it wishes to teach you on how to handle change and transformation in your life. I would like to point out three qualities that will inspire you to rise like the phoenix out of the ashes of the fire of transmutation. I, Archangel Zadkiel, am the Keeper of the Violet Flame and I wish to bestow upon you how you this powerful high-frequency energy is at your disposal for the transmutation of your fire. Firstly, we will look at the quality of your inner magic and wisdom, secondly we will go into your ability to adapt and flow on the currents of life, and lastly I would like to enlighten you about how to ground yourself in the process.

You are all magical beings, dear ones, with an abilty to look beyond the mundane world into the higher realms of love and light. Your energy is connected to the Source of all life, and you are never cut loose or abandoned. The feelings that are conjured up by the initial fires of change in your life might challenge this truth for you, therefore it is important to remember it in the midst of emotional turmoil and hardships. The spirit of the toad teaches you how to become extremely flexible and adaptable when your body or life’s circumstances undergoe significant changes by mastering the elements of water and earth in a specific way. In your material world water and earth are used to smother fire, cutting it off from the oxygen it needs to burn and causing it to die out. In a spiritual sense, the elements of water and earth can be used to smother a low-frequency fire and transmute it into a high-frequency fire that cleanses, rejuvenates, and enhances your spiritual energy. The toad thrives on land as well as in the water and has evolved into a masterful amphibian. I would like to encourage you, dear ones, to become a spiritual amphibian by taking to heart the following guidance and inspiration.

When you are in the process of transmuting your fire, use the element of water to calm down your body in a literal way by drinking water, splashing your face with cold water to cool down, or taking a hot shower to relax your senses. Use visualizations of natural waterfalls and streams to release overheated emotions and cleanse your energy-field. Bring fluidity in your ways of thinking and rigid convictions by taking a step back and looking at your life as an objective observer. Bring fluidity in your body by relaxing your muscles and imagining your energy flowing easily through it and all of your cells opening to the light of Source. Water is never stuck and is always flowing, as are you. Water never holds on to anything and so can you release and let go of what is no longer needed. Release the concept of being stuck by telling yourself that just like water you will find your way forward towards a new beginning and we will now explore the element of earth to actualize this new beginning.

The element of earth in the context of transformation helps you to stay grounded and take practical action-steps from ideas that flow to you when you are open, relaxed, and fully aware of the present moment. Mother Nature will help you reach this inner state if you allow her to nurture and heal you by connecting to the natural world on your planet. The healing qualities of the energies of nature are accessible to you when you choose to feel at one with all other life on your planet. The natural building blocks, nutrients, and minerals are at the heart of your existence as a human being in a physical body and their energy supports the condition of your spiritual heart. Go out into nature and breathe in the fresh air as often as you can, and visualize the energy that is at the root of your natural world to enliven you and heal you and be appreciative of the splendour, richness, and abundance that you see around you every day, even it is only a tiny potted plant or a cat curled up in a windowsill. This message will be about the energy-frequency of abundance, and yes, first and foremost it is an energy-frequency. Many of you associate abundance with your harvests, bounties, and plenty of material things, but these form only a small part of what abundance truly encompasses. The foundation of the energy of abundance lies in your belief that there are no limits to what you can do, be, or have, which conjures up deep feelings of freedom, and freedom means freely flowing and fast moving energy, which is a sign that the whole universe is involved in orchastrating situations, experiences, and outcomes that will eventually lead to tangible expressions of abundance in the form of matter. I, Archangel Uriel, would gladly be of service to you and enlighten you about the deeper meaning of my words.

Let’s zoom in on your belief in your own limitlessness and the feeling of freedom that accompanies this belief. How is it possible to belief in your limitlessness when you are feeling bound and restricted in your daily life, you might ask? My answer is to shift your perception and no longer see these restrictions as barriers you need to break, but as barriers that are non-existent from the perspective of the universe, where everything exists of the powerful vibration of love and light. No human built, designed, or thought-up hurdle is a match for this enormous flow of energy. Softness, dear ones, is not weakness, but the opposite of resistance and strain. It is in fact a strength that many of you have not been able to fully recognize and cultivate to its full potential. When a pear feels soft to the touch, it means it is ripe ready to be eaten. It requires a shift in focus from all the things that are lacking in your life to the fullness of life that is already present around you. Discontentment makes way for hope and excitement for future blessings to unfold.

Think of the tradition of an advent calender where each day leading up to Christmas, you open a small flap to discover a new treat. This represents the anticipation for the arrival of something good, which is exactly the energy-frequency you are looking for. Instead of resisting your current reality out of disappointment and allowing it to dampen your mood, you choose to stay open, ready, and excited for the magical ways of the universe. I also encourage you to soften your way of thinking, avoid cynical, critical, and doubtful thoughts by gently releasing them and bringing yourself back to an inner state of stillness through the practice of meditation or simply connecting to the natural world. Slowing down and deepening your breath and relaxing your physical body will also help to calm your mind. Ask the universe to help you to symbolically open a door each day and reveal a gift to you. When you start to discover and appreciate these gifts, no matter how small or insignificant they might seem relative to your big dreams and wishes, more and more of them will show up for you and together they will merge into a flow, a path of ease and joy for you to follow, which will strengthen your ability to stay soft, receptive, and eager for the unfolding of your highest potential and dreams.

Sugars provide the energy for movement and momentum, which points to following your bliss by taking inspired action-steps. Juiciness, dear ones, refers to satisfaction and appreciation. The juice of a pear contains the most vitamins and minerals that make up a vital part of the health benefits of eating fruit, like pears. This contributes to maintaining a healthy and balanced body and in a spiritual way to feelings of happiness, fullness, and fulfilment. The experience of your journey that is enriched with the metaphorical softness and sweetness of the pear symbolism, will already get you in a state of happiness and joy before you reach your desired destinations. In these times of great change often marked by chaotic and disruptive energy, I, Archangel Gabriel, have come to give you a helping hand in maintaining your balance and equilibrium. It is wonderful to see so many of you opening your hearts to true angelic guidance and putting your trust in the higher energies of love and light.

My message is one about movement, the movement and flow of energy towards your well-being, happiness, and highest good. Sometimes life causes you to feel stuck and in a state of paralysis, because you are confused on how to move forward. You are afraid to make the wrong choices or afraid to let go and leave behind your old familiar ways, routines, and surroundings. There can also be a lot of energy swirling around you bringing upheaval and overstimulation to the degree that you get overwhelmed by it all. The horse symbolism refers to the summoning of your own energy, power, and inner strength to break free and create your own path forward. You are not meant to stay the same or stuck in the same old story. Just like energy is always vibrating in accordance with the universal laws, so are you supposed to be vibrating with excitement for new discoveries, the joy of aliveness, and new inspiration for your expansion and growth. I encourage you to start moving, dear ones, by simply putting one foot in front of the other and taking small steps forwards.

Now I would like to tell you about the joy of the journey, because many of you presume that the whole road should already be completely mapped out and all potential sidetracks and blocks should be known before you venture out. You assume that this would make you feel more secure and confident, but it would take away from developing flexibilty and discovering your many talents and abilities along the way. True freedom means surrendering to the journey and trusting the wondrous ways of the universe to guide you to each of your destinations. I would like to enlighten you on initiating and embracing the desired changes in your life by telling you how to move forwards on three levels: the level of physical movement, the level of mental movement, and the level of emotional movement.

Physical movement in the form of beneficial exercise improves your health and stamina and therefore contributes to the heightening of your energy-frequency through which you attract a different life’s experience. If you are unable to move some parts of your body you can focus on those that can. Even taking conscious breaths or feeling the energy move through your body by paying attention to inner sensations and changes in temperature help you to become aware of the physical level of movement that is always there. Small changes in your physical activities can make a world of difference to your well-being. Taking your physical body to various locations broadens your horizon and gives you the opportunity to meet new people, who can become great teachers to you whether your encounters are considered positive or negative, it does not matter. The wheels of personal growth and expansion are set in motion through mutual experiences and an exchange of energy. Moving your body through nature and in the fresh air brings tremendous benefits to your inner state of being and the upliftment of your spirit. Make sure to move around with presence and attentiveness, dear ones, and appreciate this wonderful gift of using your senses to experience your surroundings. A great journey can start with one small action, as simple as re-potting a plant, taking a shower, or cleaning out a drawer, because physical movement in the form of simple action-steps will quickly lead to more action-steps and all those tiny seemingly insignificant steps will amount to the most profound life-changing forms of renewel and upgrades of your life’s circumstances and happiness.

Secondly, I would like to address the level of mental movement. Here we get to delve into the symbolism of the horse connected to the element of air that concerns the quality of your thoughts, your higher perspective and focus, but also the way you communicate and express yourself, dear ones. When you are stuck in a so-called mental prison, you keep repeating thoughts that do not serve you and the trick is to step out of this self-made prison by becoming aware of its existence in order to step out of it and create new beliefs that are more beneficial for you. New beliefs are reinforced when you get to live new experiences and outcomes. I encourage you to start telling the story of this new way of living and actively start to express the corresponding components. For example, if you wish to be more abundant, stop talking about the shortages in your life and start appreciating the things, people, and chances you do have in your life as if they are your most valuable and treasured possessions. Another way to support your mental movement is to take on a new higher perspective on your life, which you can accomplish by immersing yourself in spiritual truths and higher teachings that come through for you from the higher realms. Find the ones that resonate the most with you. In the end they will all point and lead you to the same destination: immense joy, appreciation, and fulfilment. That is how you will recognize their validity!

Lastly, we are going to look at the level of emotional movement. Emotions have a natural flow to them, they come and go, and when you can observe them without getting completely caught up in them, they are great indicators of your state of being and representatives of your inner guidance. Emotions resemble the qualities of water, as they flow effortlessly through your body and energy-field, they need to be purified and cleansed when they become heavy and dense, but on the other hand they contribute to your emotional hydration when they are positive and uplifting in nature. Emotional movement encompasses learning to work with your different emotions and not block their natural movement by keeping yourself in a state of resistance. If you wish to become unstuck from certain invasive and overwhelming feelings, the first step is to accept and embrace them, but because they are elusive and hard to catch like water, you need a tangible way to pin them down. The best way to do this is through tangible creative expression, like writing, drawing, or even dancing. Once you have fully recognized and felt them, you can use the same methods to start to replace them with new feelings. You are able to conjure up new emotions and intensify them through your focus and gifts of visualization and imagination. Like I said before, start with small steps. Do not expect to make a full turn-around from one extreme to another, but practise this daily even if it is only for a short amount of time. Do not be scared of your feelings, dear ones, you are not a victim, but your powerful spirit is fully equipped to guide them and integrate them into your human existence.

So, keep moving forwards, dear ones, keep looking ahead and do not look back to what has been before, it is time to gather your power and fire up your inner engines to embark on a journey to freedom and well-being!
