The alchemy of abundance encompasses the meeting of the higher energies and the endless creative possibilities and forms of the earthly elements, and their transmutation into tangible manifestations of abundance. I have chosen a sweet lavish cake as the ultimate symbol of manifested abundance as it is recognized as such all over your planet. A cake can be made with a vast variety of ingredients and baked in different shapes and sizes as is the nature of the various manifestations that you are wishing to attract into your earthly reality and human experience. As the baking powder is the ingredient that causes the greatest chemical reaction in the baking process of a cake, determining to a large extent the outcome and quality of the final result, I will use it as a metaphor for the spiritual alchemical energies that are needed for you to be successful in your ability to cocreate and attract abundance in your life.

Too little spiritual baking powder refers to a lethargic state of doubt, disbelief, and discouragement when it comes to your creative powers and your inherent worthiness of living a life of overflow, ease, and joy. There is no excelleration of energy, no excitement, and no anticipation of what can be or what is to come, which leaves the growing field of your potential manifestations dry and barren and your energy-frequency dense and at a lower vibration. You talk yourself out of your own blessings and you rather stay in your self-made prison of arguments and reasons why an abundant life will never be within your reach, when you could not be more wrong, my dear ones, as you are the personification of universal love and abundance at all levels of your being, but you choose to use your free will to deny this truth for yourself as well as others.

Too much spiritual baking powder symbolizes that you do believe in the possibility of abundance, but that it comes at a cost. This causes you to be in a state of constant strain and effort, chasing after what you desire instead of attracting it, which requires the use of enormous amounts of energy, eventually leading to a mental, emotional, and physical burn-out. The cake has exploded before your very eyes and you cannot enjoy its fruits, but you rather taste the bitterness of overexhaustion and defeat. Abundance as an end-result will only feel satisfying to you if the process was sweet and enjoyable and the energy you put into the process was light and optimistic, not filled with worry and anxiety along the way. However, remember, dear ones, there really is no end-station, only a journey. During your life you will move from one manifestation to the other and as you possess an ever-expanding nature and an ever-expanding desire for creation, you will always be on the move. That is why it is so important to know the right amount of metaphorical baking powder to bake the most delicious and satisfying cake, which is what I am about to reveil to you right now.

What you are looking for, dear ones, are the magical elements of grace, flow, balance, and reflection that will help you to align to the Holy Spirit, the energy that indefatigably creates world after world and universe after universe, and shows up in your life as synchronicities and good fortune when you allow yourself to keep up with it vibrationally and when your actions are taken from the wisdom emerging through an open heart and resulting in a clear focus. In order to determine the right amount of spiritual baking powder, you must become aware of your emotional state in every given moment, as life brings you challenges as well as opportunities, and make your adjustments accordingly. It is all about playing with the energies and tempering the fluctuations of your inner state of being, because both the challenges and the opportunities are catalysts and gateways for immense flows of abundance. Your awareness of your power of influence, as you are the one adding the baking powder to your metaphorical cake mixture, will motivate you to start experimenting as a true alchemist.

At times when you are feeling lethargic, lacking motivation, courage, and trust, you must find a way to break this cycle by focussing on the things in your life that bring a smile of appreciation to your face and on the small steps that you can take to improve your mood and uplift your spirit. This reqiures deliberate stillness and retreat, just as a physical muscle gets stronger and more effective when it alternates between contraction and relaxation, so will you learn that your process of manifesting abundance will become more enjoyable when you take action at the right time and sit back and wait for further inspiration at the right time. This is true spiritual temperance.

Another important element of the alchemy of abundance that I would like to conclude my message with, is your relationship to other people’s success and abundance. Are you able to join them in their celebrations and be genuinely happy for their good fortune, knowing that there is more than enough for all of you to enjoy and that their abundance does not take away from yours? On the contrary, the more abundance is observed and shared in your world, the more the consciousness of lack will dissipate and the more people will fulfill their potential and live in a state of expansion and joy. Your participation in the alchemical process of abundance by finding balance and flow in your own life when it comes to your inner state of being, contributes not only to your own creation of abundance, but also to that of the world you live in, my dearest ones!

You are the children of the Earth and I am like a father to you all, as I dwell most often in your vicinity, while overseeing the well-being of your entire planet. I have chosen the snail, a humble and common creature, yet such a magnificent product of Divine creation and a teacher of the greatest life-lessons, to illustrate my message. I invite you to go outside, my dear ones, to visit your gardens and parks after hearing these words and look for this marvellous little mollusk specimen and truly realize that all life on your planet has value, speaks to your soul, and contributes to your higher knowledge, perspective, and vision.

What the snail shows you first and foremost, dear ones, is that you are always walking on your destined path no matter how fast or slow you are moving, and even when you don’t seem to be moving at all. The spiral form of the snail’s shell is a reminder of the eternity, perfection, and continuous expansion of the universe at large, of which you are a greatly valued part. There is no end to the universe nor to your journey as an energy-being of love and light and the constant growth, change, and evolution you undergo and experience. Even if you feel like you are at a standstill or impasse in your life, you are still moving, you are still emanating a powerful energy-vibration, because that is your inherent nature. In the human world most people get easily frustrated when they cannot see fast progress or results in tangible forms achieved through their effort, activities, and hard work, but I am here to tell you that the most profound results are reached in the stillness of your heart and through your rootedness to this beautiful planet Earth.

The snail is a wonderful example of this energy as it reflects the calmness and gentleness that you need to sink into your heart when you close your eyes, and the patience and presence that you need to view the world and its inhabitants when you open your eyes in wonder and appreciation. When you as a human being amplify this energy-frequency that can be felt so wonderfully when you observe the snail finding its way through the natural world, you open up the gates to the higher realms, the vastness of possibility, the source of all creativity and endless solutions and new ideas. Whenever you find yourself running into obstacles or unforeseen circumstances that seem to hinder your progress in life, stop for a moment and realize this is not so, because stuckness is an illusion, and what is required of you is merely a different perspective and shift in your state of being. Know that even in silence, in times of deep-freeze, and even in the midst of physical limitations, there is movement, there is the sureness and certainty of an opening, a breakthrough, an epiphany that will move you to tears of gratitude, revelling in the love that can always be found within and around you, always!

Lastly, the snail depicts movement forward with focus, presence, and determination, which requires patience and a steady, slowed down pace. This does not mean that you cannot take quick actionsteps or make quick decisions, it rather refers to your inner state of being. You can perform your activities at a quick pace when it is called for, while at the same time your energy-frequency remains one of softness, patience, care, and trust. This way you remain connected to your intuition that resides in your heart and the vastness of the universal creative field of all possibilities without losing yourself to a stressful sense of urgency and strain as is seen so often in your world. Let the shell of the snail remind you of the importance of anchoring your sense of security and stability in your inner home that is your heart. The place where, for you as a human being, the energy of the physical world meets the energy of the higher realms. As the Archangel of fiery motivational energy, stamina, and revitalization, I bring you a message featuring the lovely daffodil, because it so beautifully symbolizes optimism and a joyful flowering of your life’s energy. It is time to wake up to your full potential, dear ones, and to realize your own beauty and worth! All the necessary components of growth are within you and I would like to encourage you to utilize them for your highest good. The first part of my guidance to you today will be about this process of growth and blossoming into the best version of yourself and in the second part I will address how this relates to the subject of love and your close relationships. Obsession and unhealthy attachment to yourself or to someone else, as portrayed in the story of Narcissus and Echo, are a direct consequence of how you view yourself and on what frequency you vibrate energetically.

A daffodil grows out of a flower bulb, which is like a ball of energy containing the right blueprints and nutrients for this flower to develop and emerge in its perfect form. This is a natural process for the daffodil, there is no resistance, no doubt, or fear present, just the perfect flow of energy transforming into tangible shape, manifesting a beautiful spring flower. As a human being you also have been given your own unique metaphorical energy-ball filled with potential and the right nutrients and blueprints for your growth and blossoming. I would like you to picture this as a precious glowing ball of light and to allow yourself to appreciate the power and love that it holds for you. When you were born into your physical bodies, you did not come empty-handed, but with a full package of tools, talents, gifts, and a loving spiritual support system. Due to your life’s experience and the narratives of others about your worth and value, many of you lose touch with this inner ball of energy and potential and you forget that it is even there, but the truth is that it has never left you. I am here with you right now to encourage you to access your inner ball of fire and potential, as I would like to call it, and use it to your advantage.

The way that you unlock the content of your metaphorical flower bulb of energy in your every day life is firstly by recognizing that it is there and looking inwards instead of outwards for guidance, resources, and validation, and secondly by sinking into your heart-space and keeping your sole focus there. When you close your eyes, sit quietly, and allow the energy of your heart to become stronger, bigger, and free flowing, you will start to notice its effect on your body and mind. Feelings of love and joy will fill up your body and your thoughts will become more inspired and uplifting, but most of all you allow yourself to hear your inner guidance, because you have opened yourself up to your intuition and higher wisdom. Living from your heart means living with full access to your intrinsic bulb of energy that is, and always will be, connected to the universe itself.

If you experience a circumstance in your life that makes you feel discouraged, sad, or stuck, tune into the energy bulb that resides in your heart instead of sinking into a mental prison of negative thoughts. When you connect to your heart and then focus yourself towards finding creative ways to respond differently to your life’s situation, ways to uplift yourself, and ways to turn the unwanted into the fuel you need to attract change and improvement, openings will appear. Energy is always flowing and the moment you open yourself up to possibilities and change through the power of your heart, creative solutions and new ideas will pop up in your thoughts and before you know it one thing will lead to another. The key is to focus with the help of your divinely given metaphorical flower bulb of resources, love, and guidance, and not from your mind and ego identity, because this will only conjure up very limited pictures of what is possible in life for you, that are mostly based on a conditioning of lack, scarcity, and disappointment that you have taken on during your life’s experiences. The story of Narcissus and Echo is a perfect illustration of this difference in approaching life and love. The characters in the story represent two people, who do not recognize and are not in touch with their inner bulb of energy. Let me apply this example to the subject of love and relationships.

The focus of Narcissus on himself is superficial and based on a desire to compensate for a lack of connection to his true self. Self-centeredness comes forth out of a scarcity mind-set and feelings of unworthiness that causes a person to establish an identity solely based on getting the recognition, attention, and resources of others to strengthen this identity. A sense of lack drives one to always be on the lookout for others to fulfill one’s needs and numb the emptiness one feels inside oneself. The result is a constant feeling of deprivation, because a person like this does not tap into the inner source of energy that I described earlier in this message. Self-love on the other hand leads to an expansion of energy and love that benefits yourself and then automatically radiates out to others, it is an energy of abundance and overflow. Self-centeredness relates to attempts and actions to fill up an inner emptiness without taking the responsibility to turn inwards and find the true source of love and abundance. Obsession with another person, as shown by Echo in the story, is actually a more hidden form of self-centeredness, where once again a desire for attention and recognition from another person is mistaken for true love. Take note of these distorted forms of love and make sure that you tune into your metaphorical flower bulb first, so you will blossom and shine like the daffodil with all the right tools, nurturing, love, and light right at your disposal to make a difference in your own life and in that of others!

How wonderful of you to be willing to open your hearts to the words I am about to convey to you! Firstly, I would like to invite you to close your eyes and picture me standing before you, radiating an energy of pure love and upliftment. Allow yourself to relax and rise up to this frequency. Now take a hold of my hand that I have stretched out towards you and feel a lightness fill up your body and energy-field. It is not difficult to connect to the angels, it only requires your belief in our existence and your willingness to flow with us. This is what my message featuring the swan symbolism will be all about, flowing with the angels, flowing with life, flowing with the duality that you see around you in your world, but also experience inside yourself. The wanted and the unwanted, the lightness and the heaviness, the ease and the resistance. The swan symbolizes the union of these contradictions. The swan spirit shows you how to remain pure and untainted by the emotional turmoil that life will undoubtedly cause you to experience when you are a human being living on planet Earth. Let me use an analogy to illustrate this. When you observe a swan gliding gracefully on the water its energy is calm and serene, but if you were to look underneath the surface of the water you would see a whole different picture. In the dark and often murky water of the ponds and lakes it lives by its feet are constantly paddling to stay afloat and it also has to regularly stick its elegant white head under water to find resources of food in the tangle of various waterplants. However, the swan is unbothered by this and accepts it as part of its reality and existence. It remains the epitome of self-confidence, grace, and beauty. As a human being, you also get submerged in murky emotional waters from time to time, looking for answers and support on your path, but feeling like you are paddling upstream in a state of resistance and with a lack of confidence, failing to see your inner beauty and find your inner peace. I would like to help you to get back on track when this happens and restore and establish the same worth, beauty, and grace in you as the beautiful swan spirit encompasses.

There are three aspects connected to the swan spirit that I would like you to remember and work with when you feel like you are sinking in murky emotional waters and getting contaminated by the dirt of negativity, resistance, and withdrawal. The first two areas are the one above the waterline and the one beneath the waterline that represent the duality of life. On the one hand, you are connected to the powerful energy of the universe that allows you to receive clarity, love, understanding, and guidance on your path. The area above the surface of the water is the area in which you are in a higher state of being and you recognize your own beauty, worth, and the power of your desires. On the other hand, there are times when you get dragged beneath the waterline and your outlook becomes muddled and the denseness causes you to feel heavy-hearted and dissatisfied with life. The third area is the waterline itself and this is exactly the place where you can find the balance and flow between the two opposing forces of the first two areas. When you see the swan gliding through the water the surface of the water stays smooth and almost looks untouched. This is the flow that you are looking for and that will allow you to move through your life with ease and calm.

When you are dwelling in a higher state of being above the waterline, it is the excellent time to build a strong momentum of positivity and faith, because the gathering of weight in the form of doubts, irritations, and unwanted thoughts, will definitely happen as a result of you living your life, and this added weight will eventually start to drag you beneath the waterline. It is not the end of the world when this happens, my dear ones, because it provides you with the opportunity to re-evaluate your life and make the necessary adjustments. You are never lost and in time you will learn how to release this emotional weight quickly, so you will find your way back to the surface again. When you can bring these two opposing aspects of yourself into balance, and appreciate the value of both of them equally in your life, you are able to flow on the surface of the water. You will not beat yourself up for not staying in a higher state of being all the time, because this is simply not possible and also not desirable, because you came to this world to learn, experience, and expand. You will also know how to make your way back to the surface when you do get dragged underwater and maybe get caught up in the tangle of waterplants for a while. You will no longer fall into despair or feel lost, because you know that when you surrender and let go, and simply release your resistance, you will automatically float up to the surface again, because the part of you that is above the waterline intrinsically knows the power and love of the universe and will never give up on you and will keep guiding you back to the surface.

Floating on the waterline is a good place for you to be, dear ones, because it is the place where you embrace all aspects of yourself and of life, it is a place of ease and surrender. Enjoy the moments of joy, happiness, and immense appreciation that you feel when you rise above the surface of the water and elongate them as much as possible, but also do not fear the underwater world, because it is there to teach and strengthen your beliefs about yourself and the workings of the universe. Embrace the spirit of the swan by fully accepting yourself and life, dear ones, and then you will be able to play with the currents of life. You are no longer afraid to dive deep or to fly high, you know who you are and you know in your heart that you are never lost. Swans are also a symbol of soulmates and first and foremost this refers to the balance of the aspects within yourself that I have been telling you about. The spirit of the cat is an excellent example to use as an illustration for my words of guidance based on three important qualities that it possesses, which are its sense of independence, leadership, and attunement to the higher unseen realms through which it channels healing energies and displays its alignment to the Divine.

With their magical and inspiring presence, cats are stars in their own right. They are here to teach you that a strong sense of self and an independent nature come from a deep inner knowing that you are first and foremost energy-beings or souls having a human experience. This means that everything that you gather in this lifetime, whether it concerns material possessions, belief-systems, or emotional accumulations, is part of your human experience, but separate from your soul. This realization is the basis of true independence, because it means that you are able to cleanse yourself from all that you have gathered and that you are able to start afresh. Human beings often assume that they are trapped by the consequences of their past actions or that they are limited by the relationships and agreements with other people, when in truth all of these things are part of their own narrative. They are real to you, because you consider them to be real, but there is always a way out of your self-made prisons. You can choose to allow yourself to be washed clean and start again. You can live many lives in one lifetime, because it is not your perceived reality that matters, but your state of consciousness and the realization that you have the power to co-create your experiences with the Divine forces in the universe. Even though you have to maneuver through the workings of the natural laws and the time-space reality on your planet, you can do so with a certain detachment, which is what the cat has mastered. It allows itself to be guided on the path of the most ease and comfort and it does so through its anchored presence in the eternal now and its leadership in making empowered decisions for its own survival, health, and well-being. Let me explain how this concept of true leadership applies to the lives you lead as human beings.

True leadership encompasses your willingness to choose what is right for you without getting caught up in a false sense of obligation, guilt, or expectations, and your willingness to express yourself in this life as the best version of yourself, which is the version closest to the purity of your soul. Leadership is not about keeping everything under your control or command, but about the courage to release and let go of all the layers that clog up your beautiful energy and light. True leaders in a spiritual sense are transparent and clear about their own responsibility for their own welfare. They do not crack under the pressures or demands of others in their lives, because there is truly no false mask or identity to crack. When the duality of life temporarily steers them away from a path of joy and happiness, they do not blame or hold other people accountable for their misfortunes, because they know that they have the power to manifest different outcomes and experiences through their own confidence, self-belief, and trust in their alignment with the universe. This brings me to the third quality of the cat spirit, which is the ability to spread energies of healing, peace, and wisdom through alignment for the greater good of all.

I am Tzafkiel, the Archangel who is also known as the cosmic mother, and in this personification of the motherly energy, which is an energy of nurturing, abundance, and indulging in the sweetness of life, I bring you a message of encouragement for the start of a new season of blossoming after a natural period of rest and recuperation during the winter months in the northern hemisphere.

Little lambs are going to be born soon and this recurring event has long been recognized as a celebration, because for many centuries it has brought lightness and relief after the hardships and trials of winter. Their births out of their mothers’ wombs as well as the milk that will be flowing generously for their nourishment and that of their human keepers are nothing short of a miracle. I would like to talk to you about the cosmic womb and the metaphorical milk that is flowing for your spiritual nourishment and wellbeing, dear ones, and how they will allow you to return to a state of innocence and purity just like the little lambs that will grow stronger and stronger as spring and summertime are approaching.

The cosmic womb points to the source of all creation, a source that is overflowing with love, joy, and abundance and where all possibilities and inspired ideas originate from. The sadness that is found behind the walls of anger, cynicism, and fear, is a sadness caused by feelings of unworthiness and disconnection to your Source and to who you truly are, but these feelings can now be replaced by an overwhelming sense of worthiness, inner peace, and inner power. This is the space from which you re-emerge into a new way of life and a new way of being. It is the same place where the trees and plants rest in winter, fully assured of new blossoming and growth in springtime. This deep trust and knowing are at the foundation of your time spent in the cosmic womb and once you get revitalized by the metaphorical milk, you truly start to come alive again and this aliveness also gets the chance to sink into your heart, making it blossom with courage and beauty, like the first snowdrops, and light up the world, like the increasing power of sun when the nights are getting shorter and the days are lengthening. Your heart will become a magnet for great abundance and blessings, filling you with joy and appreciation for life once again.

Finally, there are a few suggestions that I would like to convey to you that will support this process of rebirth. The first one is to reflect and mirror the energies of the cosmic mother that are compassion, acceptance, love, and care in your thoughts and actions. The second one is to stay consciously anchored in the present moment where you are free from your past and detached from the future that has yet to arrive. The third one is implementing a ritual of symbolically releasing your worries and fears as well as your desired manifestations and outcomes to the cosmic womb by writing them down and placing them in a box or a cauldron with a lid. The fourth and last one is doing some spring cleaning in your home and garden to match up the energy of your inner world with the energy of your outer world. When you clean and sort out your physical belongings, do so in a spirit of appreciation and gratitude and ask the angels to bless you and to keep guiding you to the cosmic womb whenever you feel weighed down again. No matter what you have experienced in your life, a spiritual rebirth and a return to innocence are always possible, because your true being remains unaffected by life and everything else melts away in the loving energy of the cosmic womb and is washed clean by the cosmic flow of milk. My beloved ones,

First of all, it is wonderful to visit with you and share my guidance and wisdom on a topic that is very relevant for many of you at this time. I would like to talk to you about directing and strengthening your energy with the symbolism of the train. The train represents your flow of energy. The fuel that keeps this metaphorical train going is your motivation and focus, and the tracks it runs on are the life-conditions that you create for yourself to allow your energy to build up speed and momentum. Being in the flow of life means that your energy is unrestrained and easily and effortlessly flowing towards your desires while you enjoy the journey of going through this process, like you would if you were on a train that would bring you swiftly to your destination without delays, transfers, or unnecessary stops. These delays, transfers and stops are caused by your own resistance that drains out your natural energy and lowers your vibrational frequency, causing you to feel stuck and a victim of life instead of a powerful creator and manifestor.

It is important to realize, dear ones, that the energy part of you is much bigger and more powerful than your mere physical form, yet the thought-patterns of your mind and the emotions displayed in your body connected to this physical form, are like big rocks on the train-tracks when they are negative in nature as well as like unwanted leaks in the fuel-supply that prevent the train from running smoothly. So the question arises: How can we turn those rocks into insignificant little pebbles that have no effect on the train whatsoever and how can we repair the leaks and bring in high-quality fuel? Your thought-patterns and emotional states really are like drops of water in the vast ocean of consciousness, depth, and eternal wisdom that you are a part of, but to realize this you must become familiar with the vastness first. You must experience this vastness by creating space within yourself, a space that can hold all thoughts and emotions in a loving embrace and where you can be present without getting disturbed by them. Let’s call this ‘the sacred space within your heart’, where you can go to in order to observe, detach, and let go of all that is hindering your natural flow of energy.

You can enter this space through silence, stillness, and meditation, through making the choice to see yourself first and foremost as an energy-being that expands far beyond your physical body and through this expansion connects to the higher realms of unconditional love, light, and joy. Another way to enter the sacred space within your heart is through the power of your breath. Your breath is a tool that has the ability to transport and release the unwanted energies in your bodily and energetic systems through your exhalation and invite pure spirit to uplift and revitalize these systems through your inhalation. From the sacred space within your heart you start to view your thoughts and emotions in a different light and from a higher perspective and by doing so you are able to loosen their tight grip on you. They are no longer insurmountable obstacles on your path, but they are like little pebbles in your hand that you can rearrange and play with as you have allowed the energy part of your being to become a more dominant guiding force and light in your life.

Now let’s take a look at how we can provide the train that is your flow of eternal energy with the right fuel through your focus. When you focus, you collect all of your energy into a strong beam of presence and attention onto one subject without getting distracted. As we have establised before, distractions often occur in the form of thoughts and emotions of guilt, obligation, and powerlessness that cause you to become scattered and non-productive, but when you practice turning these disturbing thoughts and emotions from rocks into pebbles in the sacred stillness of your heart, you will find yourself obtaining a sea of energy, time, and possibilities, and experiencing the vastness of your own power. Ironically, this power and the overflow of new opportunities are what scare you the most, because the web of distractions and limitations have become a bit of a comfort-zone to you and it takes courage and strength to step into a whole new experience. That is why your focus and your motivation to keep this focus need to be supported by train tracks, which are supportive conditions, habits, and practices that help you ground your power of focus and consequently of creation that is now flowing freely to and through your being.

I am the Archangel, who likes to translate the universal wisdom into practical earthly actions and concepts and who likes to help you ground the powerful energy-being that you are into your physical body. After all, it is this human experience that contributes to the expansion of your soul’s energy within the eternal existence of the universe. Besides dwelling in the sacred space of your heart on a regular basis, you keep yourself focused and motivated through three practical principles: self-discipline, simplicity, and pleasure. In your 3D-world of physical forms you are bound by the laws of time and space, which means that building structures or accomplishing tasks requires steps taken in a certain order and within a certain time-frame to get to the desired results and outcomes. Self-discipline is needed to fulfill these tasks and that is why implementing structure and re-occuring routines for yourself is supportive of keeping a clear focus. In order to keep motivated it is important to balance out self-discipline with pleasure in which you allow your creativity, freedom, and relaxation to thrive and revitalize your being. When you apply the alternation between self-discipline and pleasure within a frame of simplicity, it is easier for you to keep up with your daily activities and life in general. Simplicity means taking it one step at a time with patience and presence, and not taking on a whole lot at the same time. Remember that it takes time for a train to reach full speed, it takes off slowly and then gains momentum. Build your life on a foundation of simplicity. If you do so, true value can be found in everything you do and create because the energy you create with is focused, clear, and grounded. My dearly beloved ones,

I, Archangel Haniel, have come to visit with you bearing a message about spicing up your life in these dark days of winter in the northern hemisphere of your planet. With the symbolism of ginger we are going to the root of your personal power, self-acceptance, and worthiness. My guidance will be twofold. Firstly, I would like to enlighten you how to preserve and keep your energy-levels high in this natural period of rest and preparation for a new season of blossoming, and secondly, I would like to address how you can rejoice in cultivating new ideas and making plans during these winter months.

As the Archangel who promotes the stillness and tranquility of the night as well as the natural passion and zest for life during the sunlit day, I would like to show you how a time of rest and tranquility does not have to be lacking in passion, joy, and excitement. Allow me to illustrate this with a little story regarding the ginger plant. This lovely plant continuously grows and abundantly blossoms for around nine months before the leaves die off and the plant goes into a state of hibernation. Although the plant seems to have lost all its energy and life-force, underneath the surface a mature ginger root is completely developed and ready to be harvested. This root now contains all the energy, nutrients, and vitamins of the plant and it is a like a hidden source of new life and vitality. So when you feel like you are lacking in energy and it is much harder for you to move through the colder and shorter days in winter, it is time to discover your hidden root that always holds a great amount of vitality and energy-reserve for you. This root is your inner sun, also known as your solar plexus chakra, which is connected to your personal strength and power to overcome fear and procrastination and the awakening of your passion through the belief in your own talents and gifts.

The way to keep your energy-levels high is by accessing your own metaphorical ginger root and discover the hidden potential that lies in store for you there. Allow me to help you discover this hidden treasure. First of all, I encourage you to embrace the concept of moderation by which I mean taking small pieces at a time from this root to keep the energy gently flowing and your inner sun shining at a consistent level. This is not the time to fully burst into action just yet, but to move forwards at a slower pace, cultivating new ideas and plans and fueling your vision and enthusiasm for them to grow and develop into tangible results. It is rather a time to keep warm and comfortable on all levels of your being and care for the foundation of your existence.

On a physical level this means engaging in gentle movement and exercise preferably outside during the lightest hours of the day, so that the natural sunlight can enhance the light of your inner sun. When you put layers of clothing on your bodies bless them for protecting you and for keeping you warm and comfortable. Do not focus on the cold and the harsh weather conditions and the gloomy appearance of a world immersed in the spirit of winter, but on what you can do to keep warm and comfortable. Allow your homes and places of work to reflect the warmth of the sun by switching on lights and burning candles and by implementing a warm and pleasant atmosphere. These simple activities allow your vibration to resonate with that of your inner metaphorical ginger root, which means that the energy is focused on vitality, warmth, light, and wellbeing.

Spiritually, you can access and release the energy of your inner sun by looking back at your personal harvest from this past year. What have you learned, how have you grown, what have you achieved when it comes to your goals and dreams? As a human being you always contribute to the development of your metaphorical ginger root because you cannot live without gaining experience, you cannot live without discovering new talents and gifts, you cannot live without contributing to the energy-frequency of your planet. It does not matter how small or insignificant these contributions in growth and expansion may seem to you. They matter and it is important for you to recognize them and give yourself credit for them. They were the fuel for your inner sun to shine and the nurtrition for your ginger root to grow. Every one of you has their own inner power center, their place of personal power and internal drive, but it takes a look of love, worthiness, and appreciation to fully see and accept it in yourself.

So my encouragement to you, dear ones, is to evaluate what has gone well, what gems you have found even in the midst of turmoil and failures, where you have shown your strength and resilience, what fears you have conquered, what progression you have made in challenging areas and where you have shown kindness to others. Recognize your worth and value, dear ones, and use the freed up energy that arises from your ginger root to uphold your vitality, motivation, and passion, and use it to prepare for a new season of growth, where the sun will warm up your planet again and the natural cycles on Earth continue in compliance with their natural rhythms. The bottom line of my message, dear ones, is that you can hold the light even in the darkness, just as you can warm yourselves up by the power of your inner sun when the season turns cold and grim. Know that nothing that you do goes unnoticed and that none of the energy that you invest to better yourself and your life is ever wasted, it goes straight to the development of your ginger root and the enhancement of your inner sun. I would like to expand a little further on my last message about the seven rungs of the cosmic ladder. This time I have chosen the symbolism of coffee as I would like to uplift you with a surge of new energy, vitality, and motivation. When you get overwhelmed by the motions of living, it is easy to lose track of your ultimate goal in life, which is to be happy and joyful. Your intentions get blurred and confusion abounds. At times like this there is the need to pause and digest a cup of spiritual coffee to bring you clarity of mind, purity of heart, and a sturdy and grounded physical body. It is important for you, dear ones, to keep moving in the right direction no matter how small the steps are that you are able to take. The guidance that I am about to convey to you is about slowing down, releasing your preconceived notions and expectations, and building a new momentum that resonates with the stream of energy from the universe and therefore provides you with more ease and flow in your life. I would like to illustrate this by the use of my main energetic rays of colour that are yellow, orange, and pink. These colours are at the core of your being and when you make good use of their energy, you will notice an increase of groundedness in your physical body as well as an opening to the higher realms and your intuitive wisdom. The yellow ray of energy is the ray of inspiration, clarity, and awareness. Visualize how this ray of energy flows through you and breaks up your feelings of stuckness and strain. As your practice with the yellow ray of energy starts to build up your confidence and helps you to rediscover your power, it is time to bring the orange ray of energy into the mix. Orange is the colour of joy and upliftment, of fun and social interaction with others. When you are implementing structure and simplicity in your life, this may at first be a solitary process, but as your joy grows over the progress that you are making, because you are seeing the results of your changed ways of living, you will start to feel more ready to share with others, because you have established a strong foundation for yourself. A foundation that makes you feel happy, secure, and stable and helps you to develop healthy and mutually beneficial relationships with the people around you. Only when you are happy and fulfilled within yourself can you truly appreciate the company of others. Once you have mastered the basics with the yellow ray of energy, you are ready to add some fun and joy into the mix and you are able to embrace them fully, because your sense of worthiness has increased. You know your courage, your strength, that you have built through your process of taking little steps forward while slowly dissolving your resistance and negativity. This allows you to relax more and become more lighthearted and once the heaviness disappears from your heart, the pink ray of energy is waiting there for you to support your next step, the step towards self-love.

The pink ray of energy is one of unconditional love that comes with a deep sense of inner peace and appreciation of life. This ray of energy is always available to you, but when you feel overwhelmed and drained it is hard to connect to it. It feels like a fairy tale beyond your reach, when in fact it is very real and at the core of your being. This love also deepens your connections with others and brings a dimension of openness, acceptance, and compassion to them. It elevates you to a higher frequency and allows you to experience true freedom, a liberation from restrictions and bonds that have held you back, because this love brings the ultimate realization of who you truly are. At first, you might experience little glimpses of it, but the more you practice with the yellow and orange ray, the easier it will be to absorb the energy of the pink ray. Beauty and grace are the keywords at play here, not the superficial kind, but the ability to see beauty in all things, situations, and people. When fear and anger have left your heart, you light up like a star in the night sky. Just like with your interaction with the yellow and orange ray of energy, it takes practice and patience to integrate the power of the pink ray. As the Archangel of wisdom and enlightenment it brings me great joy to visit with you and deliver a message to you about the cosmic ladder. This metaphorical ladder encompasses the continous flow of unconditional love from Source towards the inhabitants of planet Earth and the joy and wisdom this highest energy will bring them if they allow it to elevate them to a new awareness on their own being and existence. Firstly, I would like to tell you more about how the angelic forces are working on behalf of your wellbeing and secondly, I would like to tell you about the seven symbolical rungs of the cosmic ladder and how you can become aware of these processes and recognize them in your own lives.

Let me start by reminding you that energy is formless and not bound by time or space, which means that the energy-beings of unconditional love and light, that you call angels, are omnipresent. The angelic beings are a part of your world and they are not excluded from anything on your planet. Their radiance permeates all life, your natural world, your physical bodies, your man-made objects and designs, but also your mental, emotional, and spiritual movements. However, this presence is never invasive to you, it is just there, waiting for you to recognize it and allow it to help you expand your vision on life and allow more love and joy into your heart. Your mind may conjure up conditions and reasons why this a difficult process, because your mind is programmed to observe your earthly reality, which exists of duality, contradictions, and separation, but your heart knows the truth, and that is why climbing the cosmic ladder is an affair of the heart. Try to feel the words that I am about to convey to you and see how they resonate with your body. Feel how your energy starts to rise and fill you with new vitality and upliftment. See how this encourages you to implement change for the better in your life, and most of all, see how it brightens up your outlook on life.

The metaphor of the cosmic ladder is based on the principle of omnipresent energy, which means that you cannot connect the concept of time and space to it. On the earth plane a ladder evokes linear movement. You climb the rungs upwards step by step, but in a spiritual sense there are no limitations. It refers to a state of being that varies according to your energy-frequency, and if you become more aware of the tuning of this frequency, you will start to grasp the concept of the cosmic ladder on a deeper soul level.

Remember this principle when I go through the seven metaphorical rungs of the ladder one by one. You might have a crystal clear vision in some areas and a more muddled outlook in other areas of your life and this varies from moment to moment. Accept that this is so, dear ones, it is the dance of life and the dance of consciousness. Going up and down the cosmic ladder is part of the flow of your existence.

The first rung is your awareness of the burdens of old conditioning and ways of thinking and living that you are carrying on your shoulders. When you are going through the motions of life without really recognizing your state of being, you can get away with it for quite a while without any major consequences until your soul starts to call out to you to remind you of your true purpose and higher path. Usually this manifests in the form of events that shake up your world, so it becomes clear to you that what you have been doing is no longer contributing to your wellbeing.

The moment you take the inner decision to embrace change, even though you are not clear where it leads to, you step onto the second rung of the ladder. Major shifts are set in motion and momentum is building towards the new, but you feel that even though you wish to move forward, you are held back by the weight that you are carrying.

The third rung of the ladder is the place where you lay down your burdens through a process of purification. This does not always look pretty in your world and it is not always appreciated by the people that surround you, but nevertheless you are guided to release what no longer serves you. You simply cannot stand it any longer. It becomes too painful to stay the same, because the momentum is pulling you forwards and the old has to be released for you to reach inner peace again.

After this process of purifying and releasing, a big surge of freed up energy becomes available to you, that you can now use to discover your passion, your true driving force in life, that brings you joy and fulfilment. You have now reached the fourth rung and at this stage it is important for you to allow yourself to discover new ways of being. Simply experience and give yourself time to adjust to the new energies within and around you.

The step onto the fifth rung feels relatively easy and natural. It is here where your improved state of being allows inspiration and ideas to flow to you, that excite you, but it is also at this stage that you will experience the most doubts and fears, because you are in between the energetic reality and the tangible reality. The energy is there, but the tangible manifestations have not yet materialized. Be aware that you do not let yourself or others undermine this newly found excitement and anticipation. Your stay at the fifth rung of the ladder requires patience and faith. I encourage you to spend time by yourself, to protect your energy-field, and to not overshare your inner stirrings as they are still vulnerable to harsh criticism and opposition.

Just before the dawn, the night sky is the darkest, and that is what you experience just before you step onto the sixth rung, where the birth of the new occurs. This a place of great joy and excitement, but these peaks of emotion never last long unless they are integrated into your being and transformed into deep inner satisfaction and appreciation.

This is what the seventh rung embodies, the place where you experience wholeness, oneness, and clarity on the whirlwinds of life on planet Earth. The seventh rung also brings compassion and great wisdom, because you understand that this is not your end destination. Life is about ascending as well as descending the cosmic ladder. Your moments on the top of the ladder increase when you grow to comprehend its workings, but you also realize that at certain moments and in specific areas you must start at the bottom of the ladder again for the sake of continuous growth and expansion. Such is life, and the one who accepts and knows this, holds true wisdom. I wish you well, dear ones.
