This week the lovely Archangel Gabriel provides us with guidance. Archangel Gabriel is the Archangel of revelations, creativity, motivation and inner child work, who helps us to dissolve fear and who brings comfort, optimism and a positive outlook on life.
Despite their unassuming nature as sweet, simple and modest garden flowers, violets are symbols of significant power, leadership, confidence and spiritual wisdom.

Legend says that the violet first bloomed when Archangel Gabriel told Mary of her Son’s impending birth, which associates this little, low-growing flowers with Mary’s deep spiritual devotion, humbleness and faith as well as Archangel Gabriel’s role as a protector and motivator of humankind, delivering divine messages and strengthening connections between the earthly and heavenly realms.
Violets encourage introspection by making meditation, journaling, implementing a spiritual practice and spending time in nature a priority. This will help us to keep our balance, to stay true to ourselves and to not get swept away by other people’s demands, problems and projects. The violet flower emphasizes the need for discernment regarding sharing ourselves as well as our projects with the world. When we keep our cards close to our chest and wait for the right time to play them, we will attract true appreciation and higher connections with people who resonate with our unique perspective and sensibility.
The colour violet combines the intensity of red and the calm of blue, balancing out the opposite energies of action and non-action, extraversion and introversion, and bringing a deep sense of inner peace. Violet has a deep connection to creativity, enhancing both the artistic and the spiritual aspects of life.

My dearest ones,
As Spring season approaches in the northern hemisphere and new energy and vitality are on the rise, I, Archangel Gabriel, would like to enlighten you with practical and creative guidance on how to prepare for this particular time of the year. I have chosen the symbolism of the lovely little violet to illustrate my message as this beautiful flower is the perfect example of portaying a balanced energy. The return of the sun awakens a new drive inside of you, a drive and desire to shine and to be active and creative. The long winter, in which you were in a restful state, has ended and you are now ready for change and renewal, but for many of you it merely feels like an inkling and it is difficult to see the fully ripened fruits and results of this surge of energy. I would like to walk this path with you, a path that is like a bridge between the seed and the fully grown fruit. This a creative path, which means that ideas and plans develop over time and insights reveal themselves slowly.
It may feel like there are forces working against you and that there are impending obstacles on your path. The reason for this is that you are more in a forceful mode than in a flowing mode. You wish to get going, get things done and immediately see the results, but this attitude goes against the flow of creativity and against the flow of nature. That is the most important lesson of the Spring season. Projects and ideas take time to develop and come to fruition, just like an apple tree is not immediately filled with ripe apples as soon as the sun get stronger and the weather gets warmer. There is a time of sprouting, a time of nurturing, a time of growing and a time of harvesting.
Modern society on Earth has chosen its own timeline, where often things are forced and sped up, which conjures up nothing but resistance and strain. If we look at the violet colour of this little flower, it consists of red and blue. When we translate this into energy, we see a hot, fiery, passionate and often impatient energy represented by the colour red and a calm, clear, sensitive and peaceful energy represented by the colour blue. Most people, in their work and private life, get lost in the energy of the red colour and forget to balance it out with the energy of the blue colour. In springtime, when the energy is picking up, this pitfall is lurking around the corner, which leads to stress and anxiety and burned out feelings about life. So, as the Archangel of creativity, I would like to see you succeed and thrive on the flow of the powerful Spring energy, but at the same time I would like to teach you about balance and moderation, about humbleness and patience. They are just as much a part of the creative process as the energy of action and the final results, and they are equally valuable. Let us address some of the resistance that you will encounter if you are dwelling too much in the metaphorical red energy and how you can balance this out with the blue energy. The violet flower illustrates this perfectly through three of its main characteristics.
The first feature of the violet flower is that it grows low on the ground, which indicates humility and timidity. Remember the saying: The bigger they are, the harder they fall. When you start small, take carefully planned steps by sharpening your skills and deepening your devotion and then gradually share your creative endeavours in whatever shape or form is relevant to you, there is a greater chance that they will succeed and that you will reap the rewards of your efforts. My guidance is not to overshare, but to keep certain matters to yourself, so that the energy can take shape first, which will then manifest into solid, tangible results. As people are at various stages in their lives and are vibrating at different energy-frequencies, not all of them will support you in your creative endeavours. Shield yourself from their criticism and skepticism.
The violet has beautiful heart-shaped flowers, which is the second important feature that I would like to bring to your attention. Let this encourage you to always keep in tune with the guidance and wisdom of your own heart. When you feel overwhelmed by other people’s input or opinions or with the scrutinizing criticism of your own mind, go back to the softness of your heart, and know that it is through the heart that you are connected to the universe at large. Remember that your heart never shouts at you. Take time to listen to its whispering guidance in solitude and silence even if only for a few minutes a day. It will make a world of difference.
Thirdly, the violet’s appearance changes in the course of the seasons. In Spring it shows its lovely violet flowers, but later in the season the flowers become more camouflaged and smaller, even greenish in colour, and this is where the seeds of the violet are held. The colourful flowers are for the world to behold and are even gathered up as decoration or as edible parts of food and medicine, while the seeds are kept safe, ensuring the plant’s reproduction and survival. The lesson for you is to not flow all of your energy towards the parts of you that participate in the outer world and are seen and admired by others often fueled by a longing for recognition and success, but to reserve some of your energy for yourself, for your own health and well-being, for your happiness and relaxation that are crucial for your survival and sanity as a human being. So, my dear ones, enjoy the Spring season and allow me to shower you and all of your projects with blessings, I am here for you with my love and guidance, but remember the lessons of the little violet and all will be well!

As the end of winter is slowly approaching in the northern hemisphere, most of us feel low in energy by a lack of sunlight, cold weather and circulating flu viruses. The bright yellow lemon, filled with antioxidants and rich in vitamin C, offers a natural boost to our weakened immune-systems when used in drinks and added to hot baths. This wonderful citrus fruit spiritually symbolizes purification, cleansing, balance and trust.
Its energy protects us against negativity and undermining influences and brings in a surge of joy, vitality and optimism. The saying ‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade’ suggests that the sour taste of the lemon relates to bitter disappointments and challenges, but often in these times of hardships our need for healing, release and detoxification becomes avowedly clear and when we engage in this purifying process with an optimistic focus on growth and renewal, we will soon enter brighter and more uplifting times. Despite the sour qualities of the lemon, it is also connected to the compassionate, loving and devotional energy of Mother Mary, who generously supports us with emotional healing and our journey towards spiritual enlightenment.

My beloved ones,
Allow my energy to flow to you now and keep your hearts open to my guidance and love for you! Today we are going to use the purifying qualities of the lemon to strip back all the unnecessary and burdensome layers until only love and inner peace remain. Fresh new energy and vitality is what most of you are longing for right now, but they cannot sustain themselves in your lives due to all the emotional clutter and mental accumulations. Observe the lemon fruit for a moment in your mind’s eye, dear ones. See its bright yellow colour, its simple shape and thick skin and its pure sour juice flowing from it, when you squeeze it. If you allow the awareness of seemingly insignificant objects, and in this instance a piece of fruit, to inspire you, your world will become more alive, because you observe it with different eyes and with a sense that everything has its place and purpose in life. That is a wonderful starting point to begin with. Instead of resisting the challenges, know that there is a time and place for all of your experiences, whether you perceive them as good or bad. Just like the lemon can be used to make lemonade with the right ingredients, your challenges can be transformed into useful lessons of growth and understanding with the right mindset. Let us use the qualities of the lovely lemon that you have just envisioned as markers on your way back to a state of love and inner peace.
Firstly, you cannot miss the lemon’s bright yellow colour, which lights up its appearance among the other fruits in your fruitbowl, and which has an uplifting effect on its beholder. Yellow is the colour of your sun, of optimism, of empowerment and of enlightenment. It will help you to identify your blockages and it encourages you to look for new inspiration and fresh insights. Ridding yourself of burdensome layers will go much easier if you can replace them with something new and uplifting. The yellow appearance of the lemon reminds you to nourish yourself with wisdom that helps you to maintain your well-being and happiness. In a practical sense this means finding food for thoughts, taking in information that is useful and constructive through all the means that are available on Earth, such as books and teachings. There is a treasure of wisdom for you to find. Earthly wisdom created from your fellow human beings’ experiences and spiritual wisdom brought to you through your channels of higher knowing and intuition. Find a counterweight for the unwanted baggage that you are carrying and you will find it much easier to leave it behind when something more meaningful and beneficial gains momentum. Let the little lemon remind you of seeking out light and warmth for your soul, just like the sun warms your body and illuminates your world, and you will recognize the love that is all around you and discover that happiness is within your reach.
Inner peace is the opposite of chaos and disorder whether inside or outside yourself. Let the simple shape of the lemon remind you of the value of implementing simplicity in your life, which will bring you more freedom of spirit and mind. Too much of anything overcomplicates your existence. It is a matter of knowing your priorities and selecting the material objects and living souls that uplift you rather than weigh you down. The skin of a lemon is thick and smooth. It is not easy to pierce through it, except with a sharp tool, and any fluid flows right off it. These qualities encourage you to keep your metaphorical surfaces clear and free from clutter, so you can clean them in one swipe. Imagine that your thoughts and emotions are like dirty dishes piling up on your kitchen counter. How are you going to be able to cook a healthy meal for yourself? You will lose precious time and energy putting everything out of the way and finding the right ingredients in between the mess. Try to implement habits and routines that keep your waking hours clear, bright and flowing with both purposeful activities and moments of rest and relaxation, both are equally important to your well-being. Having a thick skin is an expression that suggests an insensitivity to other people’s reactions and remarks. However, this is not an inherent quality, but rather a conscious choice. Choose to not take everything so personal, know where the other person ends and you begin. This is an energetic choice, it does not mean that you are not kind or compassionate, it means that you put your own health, happiness and well-being first in order to be the most kind and compassionate human being you can be. The thick skin of a lemon protects its most valuable asset, which is its rich juice, and so are you called to protect what is the most valuable to you and that is the preservation of your own body and soul.

The lemon’s juice is the most important metaphor, because it represents your passions and the reasons that make your life worth living. The expression ‘What gets your juices flowing?’ offers a wonderful starting point for some self-inquiry. What are you own unique preferences in this life on Earth? What makes your heart sing and are you focusing your energy and vision towards it or are you still distracted and overburdened by all the clutter and baggage that you carry? This is about taking ownership of your life. You are the captain of your ship and you alone can determine what direction suits you best. The best direction is always the one that is easy to follow, where there is an opening for improvement, for new energy to come in. The sour taste of lemonjuice does not necessarily have to be a dealbreaker as it contains lots of vitamines and antioxidants that will benefit you despite the initial bitterness of taste. The same applies for your life’s experiences. Some may be a bitter pill to swallow, but there is always another side to them as well, you will become more inventive, resilient and wise because of them. Do not let your dreams and hopes dry out, dear ones, keep fueling them with fresh intentions as well as with your time and energy. Be open, be receptive! If a simple lemon can hold such beautiful guidance, how much more is there to tell about you, dear ones! You are walking treasures of wisdom and experience. With each day that passes you grow and ripen like rich fruit by the light and water that are your power and enlightenment, your inspiration and love. Do not underestimate yourselves, dear ones, but be bold, shiny and bright like the lemon!

Glass is a metaphor for an invisible barrier that in a positive way protects what we wish to carefully preserve, but that in a negative way keeps us from getting what we desire. Reaching our glass ceiling means that we feel restricted in reaching our full potential and unable to grasp meaningful opportunities that will elevate us to the next level of expansion and success. Glass represents both strength and vulnerability, because it is made and shaped in a way that makes it strong and durable yet it is easily breakable
when handled in the wrong way. Shattering glass spiritually signals a time of great transformation from one state of being to another. The old paradigm can no longer be sustained and change is imminent. It refers to a cycle of death and rebirth where the old is broken down, released and transformed in order to make room for a new way of being to arise within us.
As the Archangel of death and rebirth and of major life changes, the wise Archangel Azrael encourages us to embrace the shattering moments and experiences in our lives as opportunities for growth and deeper understanding of the layers we go through in our personal journeys.

My beloved ones,
On this special day where love is the focus in many places around the world, it is my greatest joy and pleasure to convey to you that love is indeed the greatest catalyst for change. It is only your own belief in limitation and restriction that prevents this change from taking place in your life. Let us see how we can shatter the glass that surrounds your heart. Glass has the most wonderful quality of transparency, which enables you to truly see what lies behind it. The desires of your heart are clear and visible, yet there is a barrier that stops you from reaching for them. I would like to explore the freedom with you that comes from breaking your glass walls of protection and limitation and see what transformation awaits you on a new and fresh horizon!
I am Azrael, the Archangel of Death and Rebirth, and I guide you through the biggest transformation of all, which is the death of your physical body and your emergence as pure spirit and energy, but there are many more deaths that you will experience in your human life before this event. These deaths are deaths of change and growth and they are surprisingly more daunting to you than your actual physical death, because leaving behind your familiarities and stepping out of your comfort-zone conjures up intense feelings of anxiety and uncertainty. I have come to tell you that there is absolutely no need for distress as there are many angels, including myself, that are ready and willing to guide you every step of the way. Where other humans will fall away, leave you or fail to support you, there is a legion of angels that will never leave your side. They form a powerful field of energy and love around you and as your metaphorical glass breaks, they rejoice and carefully gather up the shards of glass, knowing that a new phase of expansion has opened up for you.
There are two ways in which glass may break. The first one is beyond your control due to external circumstances and the actions of others and the second one is by your own hand and it is this last option that I would like to further bring to your attention, because if you learn to break your own glass, you will encounter a lot less circumstancial glass shatterings. You take matters into your own hands, you take ownership and responsibility, and through this you will get to know your own power and potential. So, when and how, dear ones, do you start to break your own glass? As soon as you feel restricted, bored, or stuck in your present circumstances, you need to metaphorically pick up whatever glass object feels the most suitable to you in your imagination and throw it onto the ground until it breaks into many glistening little pieces. After that you declare yourself open to new inspiration, a new mind-set, new beliefs and new experiences. Let me enlighten you a little bit more on this subject.
I begun my message by telling you that love is the greatest catalyst for change, which means that the breaking of you glass needs to be done in a spirit of love, not in one of anger, disappointment or resistance. It is an act of pure love that initiates the start of something brand new. Love equals openness, lightness, joyfulness and flow. There is nothing restrictive about love, it flows towards the people and things that resemble its energy frequency and thus, if the things you desire are of that nature, you must rise towards that in spirit yourself to match that particular energy. Most people who wish to break through their metaphorical glass limitations are solely focused on what this newly opened up horizon will bring them personally, but even more power, momentum and improvement can be generated if you incorporate the greater good for all. Instead of asking yourself what is in it for you, you ask the question: How can I contribute to a better and brighter world for others as well? You acknowledge that your growth means a surge in growth for all, because we are all one.
This is the true spirit of love, creating a legacy around what you care about. However, you can only accomplish this if you are filled up on the inside with love and compassion yourself. Changing your mind-set to one of service and contribution means you must be willing to nurture yourself first, otherwise you will have nothing meaningful to give. Remember also, dear ones, that breaking through your glass restrictions, does not mean that others will do the same. They might not be ready for the shattering of glass just yet, and so you might travel without them for a while, without them, but for them at the same time, because you travel in a spirit of love and oneness, most of all. Breaking your glass might startle others, but do not get sidetracked by their reactions, keep on going, because in your discovery of new layers of existence and understanding you will bring tremendous love and light into your world and we are so grateful for your courageous progress!
