I am delighted to be here with you, my dearest ones!

I would like to expand a little further on my last message about the seven rungs of the cosmic ladder. This time I have chosen the symbolism of coffee as I would like to uplift you with a surge of new energy, vitality, and motivation. When you get overwhelmed by the motions of living, it is easy to lose track of your ultimate goal in life, which is to be happy and joyful. Your intentions get blurred and confusion abounds. At times like this there is the need to pause and digest a cup of spiritual coffee to bring you clarity of mind, purity of heart, and a sturdy and grounded physical body. It is important for you, dear ones, to keep moving in the right direction no matter how small the steps are that you are able to take. The guidance that I am about to convey to you is about slowing down, releasing your preconceived notions and expectations, and building a new momentum that resonates with the stream of energy from the universe and therefore provides you with more ease and flow in your life. I would like to illustrate this by the use of my main energetic rays of colour that are yellow, orange, and pink. These colours are at the core of your being and when you make good use of their energy, you will notice an increase of groundedness in your physical body as well as an opening to the higher realms and your intuitive wisdom. Join me on this exploration of energy, dear ones!

The yellow ray of energy is the ray of inspiration, clarity, and awareness. Visualize how this ray of energy flows through you and breaks up your feelings of stuckness and strain. Just allow this to happen, there is nothing major that you have to come up with, neither a plan of action nor an ambitious goal, just a simple practice of being still in the moment. Then allow yourself to meditate on the words structure and simplicity, because they are at the basis of a successful climb on the cosmic ladder of life. The process is really very simple, when you feel overwhelmed, you benefit from simplifying and prioritizing the workings of your life, and when you feel confused, you benefit from bringing structure to your daily schedule and activities. Momentum exists of a chain of synchronicities, one event leading up to another, strengthening and enhancing the power of energy into a certain direction. That is why it is important to start taking small steps from wherever you are in the moment. I encourage you to start with one way to simplify and one way to bring structure in your life, even if it only concerns the implementation of a small new habit or the release of one small thing. Train your focus and self-discipline to keep up with this adjustment and you will notice that you will start to feel more empowered overtime until you are ready to expand on this practice and reach an improved state of being.

As your practice with the yellow ray of energy starts to build up your confidence and helps you to rediscover your power, it is time to bring the orange ray of energy into the mix. Orange is the colour of joy and upliftment, of fun and social interaction with others. When you are implementing structure and simplicity in your life, this may at first be a solitary process, but as your joy grows over the progress that you are making, because you are seeing the results of your changed ways of living, you will start to feel more ready to share with others, because you have established a strong foundation for yourself. A foundation that makes you feel happy, secure, and stable and helps you to develop healthy and mutually beneficial relationships with the people around you. Only when you are happy and fulfilled within yourself can you truly appreciate the company of others. Once you have mastered the basics with the yellow ray of energy, you are ready to add some fun and joy into the mix and you are able to embrace them fully, because your sense of worthiness has increased. You know your courage, your strength, that you have built through your process of taking little steps forward while slowly dissolving your resistance and negativity. This allows you to relax more and become more lighthearted and once the heaviness disappears from your heart, the pink ray of energy is waiting there for you to support your next step, the step towards self-love.

The pink ray of energy is one of unconditional love that comes with a deep sense of inner peace and appreciation of life. This ray of energy is always available to you, but when you feel overwhelmed and drained it is hard to connect to it. It feels like a fairy tale beyond your reach, when in fact it is very real and at the core of your being. This love also deepens your connections with others and brings a dimension of openness, acceptance, and compassion to them. It elevates you to a higher frequency and allows you to experience true freedom, a liberation from restrictions and bonds that have held you back, because this love brings the ultimate realization of who you truly are. At first, you might experience little glimpses of it, but the more you practice with the yellow and orange ray, the easier it will be to absorb the energy of the pink ray. Beauty and grace are the keywords at play here, not the superficial kind, but the ability to see beauty in all things, situations, and people. When fear and anger have left your heart, you light up like a star in the night sky. Just like with your interaction with the yellow and orange ray of energy, it takes practice and patience to integrate the power of the pink ray. Seek for the beauty in your own being and environment and walk in grace, which is the ultimate act of surrender and trust. There is so much for you to gain through your awareness of these three beautiful energy rays. It is my gift to you to make you aware of their workings and it is my gift to you to appear by your side whenever you summon these energies in your life.
